Oh my God, why do so many cookbooks hate photographs so much?!? The recipes don't sound terribly appealing but they might look really appetizing, how the heck would I know?? There're little bunches of pictures crammed in every sixty pages or so, like the editors were adding them against their will. It's actually pretty funny. And the pictures we do get are very pretty, as in, they focus more on making the food look artistically arranged than tasty.

This is one of the best cookbooks I have used, not only are the recipes very good and for the most part easy to prepare but the food is good for you. I have used it so much that it is falling apart, if you want a good cookbook give this one a chance.
