Even with over 1.5 million copies of my books in print, I still feel like I haven’t written the perfect story. From my office in the woods of Northern Alberta, I’ll keep trying. I think this is the best book of the series, so far. It was full of drama and suspense. Read how Charlotte, Bob, Pete, Emily, Sam, and Christopher react to Kevin, the kid's dad, shows up. Does he want the children to live with him or does he just want to see them? Meanwhile, Anna is about to give birth to her son, do Anna bond over this experience? Where are Pete and Dana going to live since the apartment over the shed has burned down? Read this really good book to find out!
It’s Christmas time and things are tense, Pete is still trying to find a place for him and his future wife to live, Anna is having a baby any day now after many problems, Emily lost her best friend and the children’s father is back. He says he is going for custody and Charlotte and Bob are worried about a long battle they can’t afford.
