His Secret Desire

Rate this book
Olivia Armstead is all wrong for Marcel Isaac.

She’s too crazy, too unpredictable, and worse, in love with his best friend.

So why is he so drawn to her?

Despite Marcel's attempts to remain aloof, his hunger for her is as real as the sweet taste of her lips and the way her body fits deliciously against his. There is just something about Olivia that has him wondering if there are more hidden depths to her than he realizes.

But even as passion sizzles between them and their feelings grow deeper, past loves, loyalty and hidden nemeses still tug at them; forcing them to keep their desires secret.

Books. Books. Books.

I love looking at them, smelling them, reading them, carrying them, writing them.

I have an addiction. Someone help me.

I'll read anything from historical romance to fast action thrillers, gritty urban to fantasy.

When it comes to writing, I'm more of a romance gal. Expect admirable heroines, swoony gentlemen and some r-rated fun.

Desire

This story has an interesting turn. Never would i have thought the two characters would connect. Civic has me moody but the antics of Olivia had me rolling and I needed a good laugh. Marvel was a strong man and showed no weakness when he decided Olivia was for him. Didn't understand the wife thing but we all want to no about the other woman. I never suspected the culprit. Loved the ending.

Get ready to be vexed

It is stories like this that show some aspects of the bro or sister code are stupid. And even without the drama, the code was stupid. Without giving it away, if you know your friend is a dog and the relationship will never be serious, why deny yourself having a real relationship with the other person? Happy that they were able to resolve this and find their happy ever

Good story

Story talked about brokenness and healing. The love of another can really help heal you. Sad part is when others are in the way. Great boo. Problem too many conjugating of words.

Linda did it again!

It was a cute and simple romance story. I loved how realistic it was with Olivia letting Tay go and the situations with that relationship. The ending is refreshing. Loved it

Good Book!

Marcel is a broken man, after his girlfriend leaves him for another man his feelings are a little jaded towards the fairer sex. Olivia is the definition of a wild child complete with tattoos, wigs and all.The two meet at a club but a misunderstanding leads Marcel to believe she just like his ex, and he instantly dislikes her. When Olivia starts dating his best friend they soon find they really can't stand each other, or can they. When Olivia finds out the man she is dating is not at all what he appears to be, she breaks up with him n dramatic fashion. Once Marcel realizes that she and his best friend are no longer an item, her tries to stay away but there is something about her that just keep drawing him back and soon they find themselves in a dilemma, that could cost Marcel his best friend and Olivia.
Good read, good characters, good story, I have to say this authors books keep getting better. The whole Tay/Olivia/Marcel triangle was really interesting and I have to admit that is what keep my attention most of the book. How was she going to spin this and not make Olivia and Marcel look bad,and I have to say it work and it worked well.

Surprisingly good story

At first I thought Olivia was a typical gold digger, then when Tay did the dirty on her I thought she handled it brilliantly the more I read the book the more I liked Olivia's character. I liked Marcel from the beginning, initially I was confused why she didn't go after him in the first place as they met first anyway.
On the whole it was a good story, the characters description could have been better written and more depth as to why Marcel didn't go after Livy kin the first place, nevertheless the story was really good.
