From Bestselling author Sadie Black comes the entire Devoted serial in one boxset.
Devoted Part One:
Brianna Hendricks has lived a wild life full of fast men and fun nights. That is, until her best friend Kendra Cole settled down and moved on from her job at the diner. Now Brianna is feeling left behind. In a dead end job, with no education, and nearing thirty, her options seem to be narrowing by the day.
Nearly two years after they met at the Zervion MADD Art Auction, billionaire Bradley Sheppard waltzes back into Brianna’s life…literally. After asking her to dance, a whirlwind romance begins. However, Brianna wants more than a few nights of heat and passion. She wants stability. She wants a promising future. She wants Bradley.
But, can Mr. Sheppard commit to Brianna as he’s promised? Or will his dual life in another city destroy the only relationship that Brianna has ever had?
Devoted Part Two:
Brianna is fed up. Her dreams of a perfect life are crumbling around her. She's tired of his last minute cancellations, tired of him disappearing without explanation, and tired of his secrets. It's time she learns the truth about Bradley Sheppard’s hidden life of dealing with a dangerously unstable woman and her vulnerable little girl.
How will Brianna handle it when the curtain is pulled back? Will she be able to come to terms with Bradley's chaotic dual life and move forward with him? Or will she turn away and continue to hide her own intimate secret from him… that she's pregnant with his child.
Devoted Part Three:
At six-months pregnant, Brianna has been brutally attacked and left for dead in a pool of her own blood. When she's rushed to the hospital it becomes clear that Brianna is going to be just fine, the only question is: will her baby survive?
This is the conclusion of the Devoted serial.

Sadie Black is a 30-something author living on the east coast. She's married to a man who isn't a billionaire, but is her happily ever after (and they have four rugrats to prove it).
If she isn't dreaming up steamy romance stories or chasing her children then someone should file a missing person report, because she is always doing one or the other.
Book 1: Sadie Black has done it again. What an amazing series. If you have read series “Indebted” you will already know the characters. This is Brianna’s story, well Brianna and Bradley that is. If you have not read Indebted then do now worry. This is a standalone series and you will not feel lost.
In this book you find a little more about Brianna and what her life was like growing up. She really suffered some pain. I cannot imagine harboring the deep pain and guilt she must of felt all those years. Had to be really hard.
Brianna is a strong beautiful woman, one that Bradley can’t get off his mind. He had been thinking of her for over 2 years when they met at an art show. Seeing her for the first time in 2 years made him feel alive. There was no way he was letting her go this time.
Bradley had a huge secret that he was keeping. He was being pulled away unexpectedly from time to time. The question is can Bradley and Brianna’s new relationship survive with him keeping his secret?
I have to say I was not expecting the surprise that was coming at the end of the book. But that is one thing I love about this author is she keeps you on your toes
Book 2: I thought the series “Indebted” was awesome, but I have to say Sadie Black had out done herself. Devoted is such an amazing and the second book is even better than the 1st. Right from the very beginning until the end you are kept on the edge of your seat. You cannot put this book down. Now let me say if you have not read book 1 please stop right here and go read book 1 because there might be some spoilers for book 1 in this review.
Brianna is on edge. Finding out she is pregnant and now finding out why Bradley is taking trips all the time. Discovering about Brooklyn has to be hard. Not only faced with the secret of being pregnant but now faced with a two year old. Brianna feels Bradley has so much on his plate that she does not know how to break the news. Will he be happy? Will he be angry that there is just one more thing for him to deal with? Will he freak out and walk away?
Bradley is such an amazing man. The love the love that he has for this two year old, is so amazing. But he has to wonder if this is too much for Brianna to deal with. Will Brianna walk away? Bradley does not know what is bothering Brianna, but he is feeling her pulling away? Will he lose the woman he loves?
WOW, for those that have read “Indebted” you will understand this statement. I thought Matthew’s ex was crazy but Eileen takes the cake. I know Eileen has a lot of issues but I cannot stand her and the things she has done is unforgivable. I don’t care if she is in her right mind or not. Not only has she made everyone around her a victim but no two year old should have to go thru what she has been thru.
My heart breaks for Brianna. What she has went thru with her parents is awful. Sadie Black has already made her a strong woman, but I think Brianna’s strength really shows in this book. And the strength and support that Bradley shows for the woman he loves is amazing in this book as well. If you have not been able to tell by reading this review, I will go ahead and say it, I loved this book. I cannot believe
Book 3: If you have been reading this series then you know this series has a deep meaning, it is about the importance of family. At least that is what I get out of it anyway. You have Bradley who lost his brother who he loved so much and wants nothing more than to keep his two year old niece safe. So much that he is willing to take her into his home. You have little Brooklyn who has a god awful crazy mother who wants little Brooklyn died but has Bradley and Brianna that would do anything for little Brooklyn. And you have Brianna that has had a very strained relationship with her parents and until she is pregnant and her best friend forces the issue about a relationship with her parents does not realize who much she needs her mom and dad. I guess you can throw Brianna’s parents in the mix as well. They did not realize how much they missed her until their eyes were forced open.
When I read book two my heart stopped at the way Sadie Black ended the book. Yes it was a good place to stop but that did not mean I did not need to know what happen to Brianna. See Sadie has a way to pull you right into the story. My heart was breaking for Brianna, Bradley, Brooklyn, Henry, and Evelyn. I so wanted to reach in a beat the crap out of Eileen. I do not care if she was crazy, her action and the pain she caused is unforgivable. If you have not read book 1 and 2 I ask that you go read them now. This is not a standalone book and there could be a spoiler or two if you have not read book 1 and 2.
Brianna finds her and her baby in danger. As you know in book 2 Eileen comes after Brianna with a knife. God how Bradley’s heart must of stopped to see not only the woman he loves but the mother of his future child laying there looking lifeless. Not to mention how Henry must of felt seeing his daughter who he just made amends with lying there. Will the baby make it? What strain will this cause on Bradley and Brianna if they lose their baby? Can their relationship survive?
As you also know from the previous books Brooklyn is a handful. She is a typical 2 year old. Brooklyn is confused of the situation and the events that have happen in her life. Children seem to love their parents not matter how evil and unworthy they are of that love. Brooklyn is no exception. She misses her mother so much and does not want anyone replacing her mother. Can Brianna find a middle ground with Brooklyn? Can she win that little girls heart?
I so loved this series and there is so much I could say about this book and the series itself. There are parts that will break your heart, make you smile, make you laugh, and then there are the very heart warming parts. Sorry I am not going to give anything away. I will say this, there are so many favorite parts but the ending is my favorite. Want to know more read the book.
@ 30 to 39% of this book I disliked Brianna's attitude to life; at 28 she worked as a waitress, she did not seem to have any ambition but to have a man in her life especially as it seemed that she had a lot of one night stands/flings; which you thought that would of helped her to guard her heart well, but no, Brianna wanted a man in her life rather a career, then when she started seeing Bradley all she seemed to think about was him, which infuriated me so much, then she got pregnant; not that it was her fault but all I kept thinking was not another pregnancy storyline, how many more times do I have to read about another black women falling pregnant to getting her man. Too many black authors write this plot in their story, why, o why do they do that! especially in the first couple of months meeting their man, its like that's all were good for, the 2nd were in a relationship bang! We have a bun in the oven. Anyway apart from that as I got more into the story, I began to really enjoy the book. I love Bradley, it was like reading a down to earth ordinary guy that seemed so realistic/real-life kind of a guy, not the typical macho alpha male kind that you read in these typical romantic books, now I'm not saying he wasn't an Alpha, there is no way you could call Bradley a wimp, Sadie Black filled Bradley's character with so much real life qualities that I liked, he seemed honourable, trustworthy, dependable, down to earth type of man and even funny at times, not forgetting he was sexy as hell, even thou the author did not concentrate on his looks a lot but rather his attributes which made Bradley come across as a sexy, take charge kind of guy. I believe Sadie Black did a really splendid job writing this alpha male character, which I enjoyed reading about. This book was well written and executed superbly. One of my favourite read for a long time, I've had this book for quite a while now just sitting on my kindle shelf collecting dust until I came across it by chance as I really wanted to read something with a bit of a bite; which I'm still looking for, but nother the less I enjoyed reading this surprising book, it had me feeling good inside.
this was an emotional read but with a happy ending. who doesn't love those? one mistake and she was kicked out of the house at 17. 13 years later she finds herself back in her father's church being the maid of honor to her best friend. she feels uneasy and would rather skip the whole thing altogether. only the best man has his eyes set on her. their first meeting some years ago didn't result in much but he was never able to forget her. both having their own demons and past it's a rocky road to happiness.
this was well written. sometimes a character missed a bit of backbone but it wasn't a major deal-breaker reading-wise. the only bigger thing i found a bit harder to accept is how the 2 y old was written. she was very outspoken at at some points she didn't "feel" like being two years old but like +6, especially with some of the topics that were discussed. i don't belief in sugarcoating things, not even to my own kids. however you do adjust your vocabulaire a bit so it's age appropriate, more understandable. as is, it sometimes felt they were talking to an equal, not a toddler.
Good, solid story, good twists and turns, nice steamy romance, lead couple seems great together. A few--20 or so--typos, maybe three were distracting enough to cause me to read sentences more than once to understand the meaning. A few times the details changed from one chapter to the next (e.g., color of clothing items). I would have given the story 4.5 stars if I could have.
There are several things that makes a good romance to me and this story has most of them. I am so tired of turning pass the pages of graphic or should I say clinical sex in books that doesn't have enough story this book did have the over explained sex but not to much. It had lots of story instead of mindless dialog that leads back to sex. I will fill this author looking forward to her full length novel
Brianna and Bradley's story was full of romance, hot love, best friends, an adorable toddler, dysfunctional parents and a complete psycho. How could you not love this book? Sadie Black is fast becoming ones of my favorites!
these book are great the storyline is amazing fab characters a love story full of all mins of emotions my favourite character is Brooklyn . omg Sadie you are an amazing author. this series was amazing I loved it from page one to the ejd.
I loved the story! Every girl wants to marry someone that only has eyes for her. I loved how they incorporated Bradley's niece into the family and Brianna called her her daughter. It was really good all around.
This was a great read. It explored families of different types. Both characters came from two totally different worlds but they made each other all the better for it. I am glad it has a happily ever after ending.
The I've story of Bradley and Brianna. Bradley and Brianna meet at a art show two year so but their life were and is a over the place. Now they meet again at the wedding of Brianna's best friend and sparks fly. You love it.
I didn't know what to expect when I picked up this book. But to be honest I'm glad I picked it . This story has everything. It has a great romance, sends you on an emotional rollercoaster in a good way. Pick it up.
What a way to spot light growth. The series was wonderful!!! Main characters were brought to life and I could feel the emotions! Keep writing Ms. Black!
Loved it! The storyline was great, it cleared all of Brianna woes with her parents. Maybe in the future the two best friends children can grow up and get involved / married, just thinking out loud.
