She was born in 1949. She is a member of the Turkish Writers Syndicate, the association of literature, the Associated of Play Writers and Turkish PEN Centre.

She started to write poetry in 1970 and they were published after 1980. Later she wrote many stories and novel for children and youth. She also writes plays, essays and articles.
