The Protectors #1

Fur-Ever Yours

Rate this book
Devyn Serrant is hired as a nanny and teacher for a millionaire's only son, Justin. She’s terribly attracted to her new boss, Keran Underwood, but he doesn’t notice, which is good—great, actually—because as one of the most qualified nannies, with fluency in three languages, Devyn has a professional reputation to uphold. When Justin is kidnapped, she finds out Keran is more than what he seems; but what’s worse, he blames her for his son’s disappearance.

The last thing the Alpha, Keran Underwood, expects is that he and his inner wolf would be captivated by his newest employee. But with threats from a rival pack and managing his business interests, he has enough on his plate. Then the unthinkable happens—his son is kidnapped and all fingers point to the person he least expects to be the culprit. Devyn Serrant.

Follow the romance between Keran Underwood and the curvy, BBW, Devyn Serrant and their quest to find the missing boy they both love.

Warning: This volume ends with a CLIFFHANGER. If you don’t like serials, then this book isn’t for you. But if you love strong, mysterious alpha heroes and intelligent, curvy heroines, then you can sink your teeth into it. It also contains a bit of suspense, nail-biting action and scenes that are intended for readers 18 years and over.

This is the first of three volumes in a BBW, BWWM Paranormal Shape Shifter Romance Serial. Each volume is approximately 100 pages and is NOT a standalone.

Fur-ever Yours, book two was a great sequel to book one. I was patiently waiting for this second book and was delighted when it was released. I enjoyed taking that ride with Devyn, Keran, and Justin once again. I kind of had a feeling about Justin's kidnapping that occurred in book one. Great character chemistry once again and this story as a whole, both books, is well written and I'm wondering if this is the end or if Roxy will treat us go one more story in this series.

Great story however...

A cliff hanger!!! If I had known this would have e ended like this I would never have bought it. I hate cliff hangers unless I have the whole series in one anthology. Amazon, you are publicising the book, you should ensure the reader knows this. I have no gripes again s t the author or her characters who are likeable and well developed, though I am somewhat in love with Keran's adorable son Justin. I just find it frustrating that I now have to buy the second and I hope final part to this thrilling story.
Roxy, May I suggest that you merge the two parts of this book and charge . It would make for a more appreciative and grateful readership.

I'm not normally a fan of serials because I'm too impatient, but this start is fantastic! I am now so waiting to see what happens between Keran, Devyn and Justin. I'm not sure why this serial is called The Protectors though??

When Volume One ended in a cliff hanger I was not a happy reader. This ending was fantastic. Devyn, Keran and Justin are an ideal family. They go through the tragedy of betrayal and come out stronger on the other side. I would love to see more about the others in their lives like Martin.

This was a cute and entertaining good story to get lost in. A few typos but I enjoyed the mystery romance.

Fantastic Cliffhanger

Great ending. I am glad I don’t have to wait to read the second half. I will be there in just a few minutes. This story was exciting and unexpected. I did not think that he would believe that she has anything to do with the kidnapping or that he would reveal himself in that way .....wow

Part 1 is super short, underdeveloped, and ends in a cliffhanger. 3 Stars.

Part 2 is longer, better developed story, and ends with a HEA. 3.5 Stars.

I was enjoying the story until the writing stopped in the middle of the story. If the story was completed, it had a potential of being rated 4 stars.
