What an interesting book. I liked how Paelinar got away from his terrible father while also rescuing his mother and having his brother Sarden be exiled too. I found The Lure to be quite troubling and can not wait to see how they handle that little problem. It will be interesting to see how Paeinar and Maelinde come together while Sarden still eyes her as his conquest.
