Shipwrecked!
When Peter Gill goes on the vacation of a lifetime to the beautiful Caribbean, the last thing he expects is to be caught in a terrifying storm that wrecks the boat he is on and carries him out to sea. Expecting to die, Peter instead finds himself washed up on a pristine beach, and in the presence of a beautiful, exotic woman.

Wow I'm not gay so I'd rather be stranded on Gilligan's Island than Amazon Shemale Island. But as for the character when a beautiful woman comes to his aid he is told that he has a choice. Be her slave or be the other girls slave. She promises to treat him kind and if he wants to leave in a year she'll help him to leave the island. He can say no and live on his own on this island but she says he wouldn't last a day. Picking what he thinks is the lesser of three evils he agrees to be this beautiful woman's slave. He has a very big surprise he wasn't expecting!
