I connected deeply with the quieter, more tender moments of this romance, built on genuine, steady care. With beautifully crafted words like: “Somewhere between Melbourne and Bahrain, I stopped merely noticing when Luca entered a room. I started feeling steadier when he did.”
Through this love, we see the characters choose each other whilst also growing and healing. Even though it was a slower read that required patience, I respect the author's hard work and effort put into crafting the details and the racing backdrop. This was a beautiful story about a love that grows in the spaces between—just like all her other books, Blair does this so beautifully.

I enjoyed this book but did have to skim some. I felt like the characters and story line were very well written. I feel like maybe racing books are not my thing. This is the best one I have read so far they just dont click for me the same way others do.

Arc reader

Very lucky to become an arc reader for this story and it did not disappoint! The story follows two people both healing from life together (begrudgingly at first). Blair hit this off with slow burn, amazing chemistry and all the googy bits in between.
