Best book on the Fivefold Ministries

This book is so well put together. It is the only one that I have found of its kind. Bravo
- Deep dive into what the purpose and function of each God-appointed leader in the church is
- How each leader is a unique gift to the church and is necessary for building up and equipping the saints to advance the kingdom of God
- How each of these leaders hold each other accountable
- Like a hand missing fingers is a church missing one or more of the fivefold ministries in the local body
