This booklet contains a number of articles related to the science of Kriya Yoga. The small size of the work is inversely proportional to the value of it, as it seeks to restore elements of a knowledge which, through ignorance or the need for adaptation to a western audience, have been forgotten. If you’ve ever wondered why you haven’t improved as you wished, this is a must read. Within these pages, is explained the glory of the Lotus Posture, and the importance of chastity. Also included is JNANA YOGA, on Sri Yukteswar’s commentary on the fourth chapter of the Bhagavad Gita. It touches on some astrological aspects of Kriya and shares how we can take advantage of the earth’s powerful currents during sleep. To finish, conclusive and astonishing evidence is given which proves, for the first time in history, that Christ and the early Christian Church knew the Kriya technique and had it encoded in their buildings and rituals!
