This book gave me nothing I didn’t already know. It’s a bit of a wishy washy version of a few other books. Read Hal Elrods Miracle Morning and the Miracle Equation if you want to learn HOW to get results and not just to be told to get them. Also search for the 75 Hard Challenge if you want to get fit in record time and commit to something. It breaks it down into 5 manageable daily tasks and you’ll learn so much more than reading this book imo
There are some interesting nuggets of information and I’m glad I read it, I just don’t recommend it, the other books I have mentioned worked better for me.
I really enjoyed the focus on fitness to entrepreneurial success from this book! The author made it very relatable and even more so, doable to believe that the everyday person really should have no excuses not to carve out 20-30 minutes of sweat time each day! I do!
