This was a really beautiful story. Overall, it’s a great way for a beginner to get into Daredevil’s origin and lore. The start was beautiful.
“Since we never know what is going to happen tomorrow, I wouldn’t trade all my yesterdays for the time we had together.” — Daredevil. This quote perfectly encapsulates the story’s main theme: forgiveness. It shows Matt finally trying to move forward from what happened to his dad and Karen, while not forgetting them or the love they shared.
I enjoyed the love letter aspect of the story. It centered around Matt's way of dealing with Karen's death and learning to live without her which is great for those who already know Daredevil's origin. It's a refreshing take and nice break from the action packed comics many are used to.
