This book starts out with free gifts. Links to ebooks do not work.
TOC lists recipes as meals and food groups.
Short intro about the author and his superfoods cookbooks.
Also food allergy labels: soy free, gluten free, dairy free, egg free, vegan and nut free.
Each recipe starts with a title, and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some dishes contain a lot of ingredients, be sure to have them all from the start.
Color medium size phot is included.
For directions you just put everything in the slow cooker and it tells you time.
There is NO nutritional information but you can make this as healthy as you want, low sodium products, no cans, use fresh.
Like homemade broths and soups and stews.
There is bonus chapter on side dishes, most helpful.
Superfoods reference listing is enclosed. Other works by the author are highlighted at the end, but links do not work.
Good book to keep handy if you know how to make your food healthier.

These delicious recipes are easy to read and follow with step by step instructions! There are hyperlinks to each of the recipes and detailed information on cooking methods. There are coloured illustrations of the recipes.
