Not what I expected

I feel like most of this was copied from a medical guide book. She recommends medication??? This was not a good read.

5 star ratings are a lie.

if you are going to write a book, you should at least have decent grammar. I believe those five star reviews that led to my purchasing this without further review were bought and paid for by the author. Not even great Info don't waste your money

Very repetitive

Some paragraphs written again directly underneath. But of the information was repeated through different chapters. Good tip at the end, but all In all not very helpful.
