Life on the farm was all Callie Tompkins ever knew, until one day a dark haired stranger showed up at Adams’ Poultry and ruffled more than a few feathers.
Excerpt:
I couldn't take my eyes off the bulge in his pants. "I did that?"
He pulled me back into his lap. "Uh, huh," he said as he kissed down my collarbone. "You're driving me crazy. I want you so bad." He grasped the hem of my tank top and pulled it up. I lifted my arms so that he could remove it from my body.
Ariel loves a good laugh. She can’t seem to stop herself from adding humor to her stories. She strives to make readers snicker and giggle while keeping things steamy. In reading and writing she’s drawn to forbidden romances, friends to lovers and opposites attract; yet once in a while craves something dark.
As with most authors, writing and publishing has always been a dream for her. She loves escaping into new and exciting worlds through her writing and seeing where her creativity can take her. Sometimes, she finds writing makes her pull-her-hair-out crazy, but she always finds it worth it. After all, reaching for your dreams isn’t for wussies.
Ariel is currently entering the world of indie authors and self publishing by releasing her first novella, Plucked. She is a social butterfly searching for her wings and would love to hear from you.
When she isn’t busy with her nose in a book or behind her laptop, she can be found with her husband, watching Netflix and eating cookies.
Plucked is a cute quick read. It had me laughing out loud at some points. Callie works on a farm. Farm life is all she's known. While working at Admas' Poultry Farm, she meet Dylan. Dylan is from the city. He's super sexy but know nothing about the farm. The funniest part of the book is when Callie is telling him what she does on the farm. Callie is a great character. She is very innocent when it comes to men but it fits her personality. She says what's on her mind and sometimes some funny things come out. Dylan is also a great character. I would love to read more about these two.
