Please note: On Sept. 14th/2016, I managed to infuriate a group of Facebook "trolls" and in return they gang bullied my work by posting 1* ratings and malicious comments/reviews on all of my titles. This happened for the most part on Goodreads, but a few snuck in on Amazon through the KU program because of the free option.
I find this behavior reprehensible because it had nothing to do with my work, (I've always only been about the work, and tried to not make any of it personal). They never read a word I wrote. It was purely a personal attack.

Payne Hawthorne is my new go to Author for great Paranormal stories. She has included a prologue with this book that explains the history behind the characters and how things have happened to get Payne, Collin and Jess at this point in the story.
The writing is creative, descriptive and also quite emotional; this reader can see everything in colour and also feel what the characters are experiencing as the story progresses.
"Plants and flowers stood taller and craned in the direction of the house, like they were reaching for the first rays of morning sun." (I love this visual!)
"She let all her elation, joy, ecstasy, gratitude, and contentment flow forth; she combined it into a sort of river of energy as her new found power capabilities spilled over and enveloped the pair. The light amber threads of their creation energy, wrapping them in a cocoon of pure love and joy."
The main characters have once again all found each other, and they have to figure out how to make this work between the three of them. I don't want to spoil the story, but here are a few of my favorite quotes:
“I love you too Levi, I love you because you loved and protected my queen when I was unable. You are as much a part of her as I am-now.”
“She gave you a piece of her heart and her soul- but in essence she created a homing device in your soul…”
”Leave it to her to have two soul mates.”
"We are her bookends Jesse, we are her other parts. She is entirely incomplete without both of us.”
"There is no force that can defeat us with so much of our hearts focused on the same outcome.”
Payne's characters really grow on you, and the stories are difficult to put down once started.

I received an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review.
Well, after reading the first part of this series, I wondered if Payne could possible top it. I felt it was one of the most interesting, heart retching, imaginative books I have ever read. Then she came up with part 2. Wow! If you are looking for a book that is totally off the wall on the surface, yet extremely profound if you tear it apart and bisect it, brought to life from the deep and dark, yet enlightening imagination of this extremely talented author, then this is the book/series for you. Bear in mind that this is part of a series, and in order to understand the “big picture”, you need to read the first part “Remnant” beforehand.
This series/book is a totally fresh and different take on the creation of mankind as we know it, using characters from Keston, which is an ancient world in the universe, created by God, for the sole purpose of pure love. As we progress with the story, we realize the extent of Ms. Hawthorne’s imagination and her ability to project her gift by means of spinning a tale that will not only grab your attention and keep it throughout it’s entirety, it will have you questioning what is real and what is not.
This episode is full of love, hot and heavy sex, pain, anxiety, and many nasty trips down memory lane, as Payne (aka Talia) and Jess (aka Levi) regain their memories of their past lives of the past 6000 years, both together and apart, and what their relationship with Collin (aka Adriel) is. Will they ever find their way back home? Be aware…this episode also ends in a cliffhanger.
A definite must read!

I was gift this arch for my honest review of this awesome story. Whàt a wonderful part two to such a great series of books. It is a mix of paranormal /fantasy. Two lovers torn apart and taking thousands of years to bring them together again. It's like non other that I've read. The story definitely worth a listen. Even has talking animals were certain humans can talk to them in there mind! And there even a third guy in the mix! Check out your copy today! Definitely hoping book three will be out soon!

an awesome continuation of the first book that really delves into the lives of the main characters. A lot of the story building takes place in this one that helps you understand some of what happened or was spoken about in the first one. A few new characters were introduced and they are awesome! I absolutely loved this book but im totally bummed about the cliffhanger! I need to know what happens next!!!! Payne you need to write the next book!!!!!!!!!!!!
