The 2nd book in the deadly beauties live on series. Thad the changer and gatekeeper falls for a human who might not be as sweet as she first seems and in the main, this is their love story. The group are working to discover the dark power that is threatening and this causes a lot of chaos as they follow false paths. I enjoyed this book once I got back into remembering all the characters that feature in the deadly beauties series. I need to read the next one without such a gap.

OMG ok so CM Owens is one of my favorite authors ever!! I am always dying for new books of hers and as soon as this came out it was straight on my kindle!!
This book is the second in the Deadly Beauties Live on series. It's the story of Thad who we have met throughout this series and Deadly Beauties. Thad has always been the wild one, literally, and it was great to see him finally fall. He meets Roslyn in a bar thinking she's a sweet human who he want's to corrupt. Roslyn is drawn to Thad from the moment she lays eyes on him and doesn't know why. She's usually very reserved and slows Thad down taking it slow so she can get to know him although her body tells her to dive right in! I can't really say much else without giving the plot away. It starts with Thad trying to get Roslyn a sweet human and then turns into something much more as the story goes on.
All the other immortal beings are in here again with all the old faces making an appearance.
I'm not actually a massive paranormal fan but i just love these! The comedy in them alone is worth the read. One of the characters Dice uses ill timed humor to cope with things his "hashtags" made me howl with laughter - Dice - "hashtag - buffy's back from the dead. again" lol. I loved both of the main characters Thad was hot as sin! who doesn't like a man to be a little beastly! phhhhewwwww and Roslyn is sweet and funny but also kinda badass!!! The story kept me gripped from the beginning it built and built and i really wasn't sure where it was going! There was just the right amount of action and romance, well as romantic as Thad can get cause he's so honest he just blurts things out. What i also love with this series is how the story interweaves with the previous books there's a continuing story throughout as well as the current situation and i can't wait to find out the end! We get a little teaser of the next in the series Zee's book Bitten Beauty i really really can't wait for this! Zee sounds hawt!!
I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone even people who have never read paranormal books. It can be read as a stand alone but to get the full story read the rest of the book starting with the Deadly Beauties and then onto this series Deadly Beauties Live On. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

First chapter I was cringing thinking oh no I’ve lost my CM Owens love, her books are too YA for my taste now … but I kept going and next thing I know I’ve smashed through 84% in one day and only reason I put it down was because I needed to go to sleep.
Safe to say this book suckered me.
I loved Thad in the deadly beauties trilogy and I love him in his own book! He’s so cocky and yet brutally honest is his thing, which I love, honesty!
Everyone thinks Roslyn is human, including Roslyn and she’s so “sweet” and timid but as the story unfolded it became pretty clear who her parents are. (Reece wolf alpha & Sadie the witch from previous books). She is definitely a power house and earns her place in the their chosen family circle.
I really do love the world built in this series and all the various immortals and their powers. It’s unique.
Some of the mysteries are so obvious and yet others can’t work out which keeps the intrigue. I like the balance of the known & unknown.
All the gang are here. Dice with his hilarious jokes. Calling Roslyn his sister had me in fits of laughter (his mum is dating Sadie).
Zee was juiced up by Gage’s brother Gavin in the last book, get a look into Zee’s new powers and his book is next!
Getting more insight into Chaz (the glitter fairy, don’t call him that!) I’m itching for his book to find out these hidden powers that are repeatedly hinted at!
This book we got to officially meet Slade, the lost Gemini twin and definitely see the setting up for his & Ella’s book which is the last of this series.

As well as increase the mystery of a few other key players in the series . Keeps you hooked and waiting for the rest of the books .
Once again this Owens has thoroughly kept me entertained . Changing Beauty focuses on Thad, a very much beloved character in her deadly Beauties Live On. His growth as a character in this book was phenomenal . She brings outa side of him that we haven't seen any other previous books he was then. As well as increase the mystery of a few other key players in the series . Keeps you hooked and waiting for the rest of the books .

I was waiting with baited breath for this one as I loved Thad in the other series and the first book!!! But I had no idea that he would still my heart and take top spot from Gage in this series!!!
I absolutely fell head over heels for this book!! But who doesn't like an alpha male?? With a wild side smart mouth and sexy as hell smirk! Then just to top it off when he wants something he goes for it! No games, no messing around!
Then there is Roslyn who starts out timid but strong minded, by the end she just shows us a bit of her bad arse self!! Loved reading from her pov.
A most read you well not be disappointed!!! Thank you C.m Owens for yet another get book!!! Can't wait for Zee's story that little teaser you had there tucked in the back was far to short!! Lol

There are no words!
Thad was always my favorite Deadly Beauty. Something about his cockiness, charm, and the smile I could, literally, see! This book has given me a whole new look at him and I love him more!!! As always, perfect story timing, amazing love, best scenes EVER, and hilarious! I couldn't stop reading Owens' books even if I wanted to! Loved it!

Thad wasn’t what I envisioned he would be. He was a completely different person to the first book in Deadly Beauty, a player, and couldn’t keep his hand off Alyssa. Here, he’s showing maturity, loyalty and was very possessive over Roslyn, and he wouldn’t give up on her no matter who she turned out to be.
The moment Roslyn laid her eyes on Thad, she was already smitten. At first, she was just a normal girl, without any secret, but as the story progressed, little by little, we learned something new about her - the blackout, her life history, parents, and how these two were perfect for each other.
The story was getting better and better, with the storyline executed brilliantly and smoothly. At this point, I still couldn't guess who's the main culprits behind the slave ring and also the primary purposes of all the trouble. It couldn't be Castine or Hilly, right, because they died during the Red Moon's final battle.
I'm also super excited about Alyssa and the coming soon family member; he or she would be powerful and might be the key to thaw all the trouble in paradise? Maybe no, because she/he would still be little 😉.

From the beginning I knew i was going to like Thad, Roslyn not so much. I am not fond of mute women. I like women with a voice and like to be heard. Falling for a man is fun, just don't allow him to see it. She stumbles all over herself in the first chapter. She did recover once you read the story, so that was good damage control.
I like how each book opens the door to the next. My mind wanders and I want to pair them off but i know there is a reason for all the madness going on. It seems like everything will never end with all the chaos, just hang on, they are getting closer to solving the problems. I look forward to the third edition in this series. It seem like it will be just as good.

i hate self depricating MCs so starting this book was definitely hard for me. i get it if she just wants to focus on college or whatever, but after reading the sentence “no sense in torturing myself over someone who doesn’t find me all that appealing” because he called her sweet and not-for-him, and knowing it’s thad he’d say it not in a bad way, irks me. like UGH fine here we go. but i should’ve known a cocky confident character would be paired with an insecure one.
i love her character development (redevelopment?) though.

The hybrids keep popping up stronger while the "Master" is in the background creating an army with the "firsts" blood.
The Queens circle is also growing with hopes of destroying the threat.
Thad a changer that finds love with a were-witch hybrid. Ros is very powerful and you will be surprised to find out who her parents are.
The Master plans to send Morgana back in to corrupt Zee.

This book really pleasantly surprised me. In the beginning I was expecting a bland, sweet, boring heroine. But then the way the author wove the mystery around her, that really hooked me early on. I kind of expected this would be the book that I'd just have to read in order to move on to the next ones in the series, but I was very pleased to find that I loved it even more than I liked the first book.

Thad and Roslyn are a great duo. There were parts in this book that I saw coming only to have some just catch me completely by surprise. The family/friendship that they all have with one another is always entertaining to read. This author has a way of really making you feel for her characters. Cant say I didn’t cry when one of them was being tortured and they came to get them back. I’m on to the next book now.

It was okay but.....think I'm done this series
It's okay.
I loved the first series more. This one just feels like it's missing something. Think I'm done reading the series unfortunately.
Still love this author, and i might pick this up again someday....but the rating for this book seems off.

This was awesome! You find yourself enjoying all the characters from the previous books and intrigued with the new characters and wondering how they will all fit in. Not to give too much a way, but you can help but love Roslyn and Thad together. Roslyn matches him in every way. This was truly another great addition to the Deadly Beauties Live On series. And I simply can not wait for Zee's story.

My favorite in the series
This is my favorite in the entire series. Love Thad and Roslyn more than any other couple so far. Thad is the perfect amount of asshole badass with a wicked sense of humor and Roslyn is the perfect amount of strong yet vulnerable. I love the story so much.

The plot thickens…
In the Deadly Beauties book series Thad was just a man whore without much depth. This book shows his ability to love and be committed to one. Very interesting plot twists, and ends on what feels like a mid book cliffhanger… I can’t wait to see the series wrap up!

Whoa
So.. Yeah. Everything is connected and each detail is coming to light and being explained. This book was really good. Sucked me in and I didn't put it down. Thad found himself a sweet girl. Or maybe not so sweet. I can't wait to find out what happens next.

Mystery, paranormal and more
I love this series!! I cannot get enough. Funny, great banter, great chemistry, hot sex, a bit of suspense, mystery and angst. Well written and did I say fun. I love how the stories intertwine. Great read! Looking forward to the next book.

Enjoying this followup series to the Deadly Beauties. These sequels are definitely keeping any boredom at bay while I'm recuperating. Luckily I've got book no 3 ready to continue

OMG! I think I’ve read this one like 5 times. I love it, and so happy there was more stories added for each of the characters. I love these books.
