Hey this book is not meant to be a comprehensive guide to the 5 bite diet. If that's what you want, buy the inventor of the diet's book which is comprehensive. This is just a beginner level to follow the diet for a few weeks. For that purpose it is excellent.
I like this little book a little better then the Why Weight Around book because it has meal plans and tell you how to do it a little better, its worth the small price!
