Una amenaza espacial moviliza a los Avengers fuera del planeta, mientras Thanos aprovecha este movimiento para invadir una Tierra supuestamente indefensa
Infinity came to me by way of a recommendation from a close friend before Avengers: Infinity War was released in 2018. I read the first issue before it was relegated to my TBR pile and that was that... until I found my mind wandering back to it after I decided to take a break before starting Secret Wars. Infinity opens on a world in flux and the Avengers staring down the barrel of imminent doom at the hands of an as of yet unseen force with the strongest line of the issue- "Everything dies. Empires collapse. Kings fall. Men perish. Worlds end. It was an Avengers world. It was the first of many." Of course anyone who saw the cover knows who's coming but the pacing of the issue had the perfect amount of suspense and drove home exactly what was at stake. The Inhuman King's secrets have painted a target on his back, the Builders are on a path of destruction, and Thanos is determined to have the Earth for his own. Suffice to say, I'm excited for issue #2.
The builders have begun an invasion on worlds they have deemed unfit for life. After destroying Earth-13761, they are heading for Earth-616 (to planet Galador)
Cap and Hawkeye are searching for Skrulls in the Middle East. The cool/creepy looking Outrider was sent to earth and is seen searching Avengers Tower, Jean Grey School for Higher Learning, and Attila to search the mind of Black Bolt, only for him to wake up and badly injure the Outrider.
Outrider receives his ultimate reward—death. Corvus Glaive informs Thanos of the Earth’s absence of the avengers, and prepares his army to invade.
