It was alright

It was okay, even though it was a short book, it felt longer then it was.... It's also done a third person which I don't like.... I wouldn't really call this stepbrother.... The MF was looking for an apartment and couldn't find one until her mother told her, her friend kid had a room for rent.... She moved in twith the son, things got heated between them, then their parents told them they were getting married, and things became a little complicated after that....

There was nothing wrong with either Sandy or Amelia, they were likeable enough characters and the banter between them was pretty funny but beyond that, the story was very superficial, even for a novella. It just was not a story that I am going to remember or read again and I did not have a connection with either characters. I also didn't like that Amelia dated other guys after she had slept with Sandy, especially when he did nothing but wait for her to come to her senses. Not cool when a man does it so I am not going to excuse her behaviour because she is a woman.

Great, quick read.

This was great story that wasted no time getting to the point. Chemistry & heat were just right and I always love playful banter between the characters. Lilly & 'the boot' were the cherries on top!

Insta love with witty banter

I really liked these two. Sandy and Amelia were so cute. They had an adorable meet cute moment that just flowed on into some flirty banter. Just loved them. My only issue…it was over way too soon
