Rate this book
True Demetrios had no idea that such a stupid mistake could turn so disastrous. until she awakened in a strange room, naked beneath silk sheets, with a devastatingly handsome man staring at her. With every whispered word and every charming smile, True finds herself sinking further under his spell.

Leif Erikson had long ago given up hope of finding a mate. As the son of the legendary explorer, he had enough on his plate just living up to his father and grandfather’s expectations. When his mate literally walks in his front door, he’s stunned and immediately captivated by the spirited woman.

But a war wages around them, one side led by a Valendran legend with thousands of years of rage and hatred festering in his spirit, the other side by a pregnant woman, and her small, but special son, who want their loved one and their people back alive.

Caught between two sides in a war they didn’t choose, and hours away from a hybrid Armageddon, True and Leif must decide if they will choose their love or their people. With Grai’s life and the lives of the hybrids resting in their hands, will one or both, become a… True Traitor?

Alien faceoffs!

Ivint and Grai's people have found the the bolthole of one of the survivors of the Mars outpost. Fiorn Erickson was a decorated hero on Valendra. Once on earth he gathered as many hybrid children as he could and hid them from the Relians. Unfortunately he has allowed no contact with the other survivors and their hybrids. Now Grai and Ivint need to get him to acknowledge them so that they can unite and become stronger. There are other forces at work too and the situation looks to be getting out of control. Fast paced but becoming more complex as the story continues.

Exciting series

Each of the books in these two intertwined series is full of excitement and suspense. There's some humor thrown in too that balances it out. The characters are written with so much personality and depth can't help but feel all their emotions along with them.

True

I enjoy this series. It is very well-written. Great characters. Lots of drama. Lots of laughter. Complex plot and characters.

I have to say this is the best one in the series so far. I LOL at the start with True and Lief. True sure gives Lief a hard time, with all those fire balls.
There is so much going on in this book, that before you know it your almost at the end and bam it's done, I keep
thinking no,no I want more.
These characters will make you laugh and cry and be part of their story.

Side note: Ms. Lane I want to say that I'm so sorry for the loss of your Gibly.
I have experienced the loss of beloved pet as well. It's nice to know that Gibly will continue to live on in these books.

These books are so absorbing. With each story it becomes clear that each faction knows only a tiny fraction of the whole, but as each come together a greater whole is unvield. I really hope Koda lives and that the soldier survives
