This is the 3rd book in this novella series. They are completely standalone and HEAs(Happily Ever Afters). It is for adults only due to the steamy content. I do recommend reading them all because they are stories that just make you happy and smile :). This is a fairy tale twist shifter style, and Sable makes it uniquely hers :)

I really enjoyed reading Cedar and Talia’s story, and I did have a tearful moment while reading too. This is always good when an author can get your emotions to show :) Talia is a sweet girl, and Cedar is a sexy bear shifter. There are some great times with some treachery thrown in, but I won’t tell you more because I do not want to ruin your journey. I just felt happy reading this story and sometimes that is what makes a book a great read :)

I recommend this book to bear shifter lovers because you will find this an enjoyable story :)

"Awaken with a kiss"
Sable is such am amazing writer!. Right after I read her first book Goldilocks And The Three Bear Shifters I was hooked!. Her books are wonderfully unique and magical!. You will have so much fun reading them. The characters are sweet,charming and mischievous!. In this book when TaliaIII is born it should have been a great day for a Celebration. But When she was born her Mother died in child birth. Just as her Mother before her. Each one died before their twenty-fifth birthday. Talia's Mother had four sisters left to take care of Talia only the older one Martha turned out hating Talia instead she said Talia was cursed to die before her twenty-fifth birthday . The other three vowed to protect Talia with their lives. Talia grew up to work in her Aunts Yarn shop. One day a handsome Bear shifter came to the shop looking for a gift for his Grandmother he fell in love with Talia at first sight. Cedar Aspen knew when he first scented Talia she was his chosen mate plus his mate mark confirmed this. Will Talia be able to have true love. Can Cedar save her from the curse her Aunt Martha mentioned?. This is an amazing book with suspense and steamy hot Romance that is just magical!. This is a must must read book!.

A curse is a curse is a curse of course

OMG four thousand fifty dollars on yarn! It’s funny what can hit you in the funny bone when you are reading a story. Yes I know Cedar Asher is a billionaire bear but wow that is a lot of money for yarn. But nothing is too much or too good for Cedar when it comes to family and his Grandma probably tops the list. So today’s nothing too good or too much entails a trip to the local yarn store. It’s grandma’s birthday and there are eight grandbabies on the way. So what is the perfect gift for grandma? A gift that keeps on giving and there you have it. In a nutshell you have exactly what ideals have molded the man you’ll grow to love in Cedar. He’s a well-known philanthropist billionaire with his fingertips on the pulse of international giving. If only he could find his fated mate in all those worldwide travels. But as luck would have it she’s been waiting at home all along.

Talia Akerman III has been cursed; a self-fulfilling curse, but a curse none the less and so the play on Sleeping Beauty begins with a few twists here and there. Orphaned Talia has lived her life in the sheltered, loving care of her three aunties. While they are definitely not the cute little fairies of the traditional story they are most certainly quirky and loveable. Talia spends her days helping her aunts run the local yarn store. So when Cedar wanders into the store, a curvy Talia’s right where she needs to be to make that once in a lifetime forever after connection. If there is one thing Talia knows about shifters it’s that they are all looking for their fated mate and there is only one way to discover if she’s the one. She should know after all isn’t that the biggest pick up line for a shifter to get into someone’s pants in Port Jameson? One Talia has avoided for twenty five years. But when the guy and the moment is right… well its right and Cedar is definitely Mr. Right. Things get magically steamy between Cedar and Talia and life mates are found.

But what is a Sleeping Beauty tale without a villain? Martha Akerman is Talia’s estranged aunt and an evil piece of work to boot. Do Fairy Tales come true? Well according to Sable Sylvan they sure do, of course she just added a few little twist and turn to make you want to do absolutely nothing but read to the end.
Talia Ackerman, Three Aunts loved and raised her because her father died in a car accident trying to get his wife who was in labor to the hospital. Taking her injured mom to the hospital, where she had her baby and died in child birth only staying alive long enough to name her Talia. Which Talia was her grandmother and mother's name also. Both of which died at 25 years old from child birth. Working in her Aunt's Yarn Store, Talia loved helping people learn to knit. She was very happy especially with her 25th Birthday only a few days away. When this hunk of a man comes in looking for something to buy his grandmother. As Talia went and tried to help him she couldn't quit thinking about his body.
Cedar Asher of Asher Lumber Co. was a billionaire shifter bear. Cedar was in Awe with Talia , I mean everyone knew his name and that he came from a rich family plus he was rich and single. But Talia didn't know him and was worried if he could afford all the yarn he wanted. Yes he wanted to know this woman more with every breath. I was gifted this ARC for an honest and truthful review.

Talia Ackerson is the third Talia in her family. First there was her grandmother, who died giving birth. Then there was her mother, who also died while giving birth. One of Talia's aunts, Martha, who is an estranged aunt, claims the Talia is responsible to her mother's death and that Talia is cursed to die during child birth too.
Talia is happy with her life. Oh she would love to get married, have that someone special to spend her life with, but she knows she can never have kids, so she doesn't really expect to ever find someone to love and marry.

Cedar Asher has been looking for his fated mate for years. He has traveled to world, mostly for business, but during those travels he thought he would find his mate. He does, he just never thought he would find her in his hometown while visiting his grandmother.

Things are going good until Talia's estranged aunt shows up on Talia's 25th birthday. Then it is a race against time for Cedar to save Talia's life. He just found her, he can't lose her now.

This was my first book by Sable Sylvan. It was a sexy book with some very hot scenes. Talia meets Cedar when he comes into the yarn store where she works. She has no idea that he's a billionaire owner of Asher Lumber - not even after he spends over $4,000 on yarn as a present for his grandmother.

Cedar has been looking for his mate for a long time; he realizes pretty quickly that Talia is his mate. Talia is attracted to Cedar but she believes she is cursed and can not give him the cubs he wants.

There were a few interesting twists and turns to this book and it certainly gives a different perspective on the Sleeping Beauty fairy tale. :-) This book was just an OK read for me but if you enjoy adult fairy tales this will be right up your alley!

Prologue was over the top. Paragraphs spent describing the heroine's outfit made me roll my eyes. Lots of details that reminded me of the song "It's Friday!" dragged down the pace and caused me to skim. And is it a romance when they go all the way on the first date? And how can a virgin think that masturbating in front of someone she just met isn't kinky?! The descriptions of intimacy made me giggle--terms used are erotica. The meeting deceased relatives was ridiculous. But it broke any respect I had for the writing when the hero calls someone, describes the heroine's symptoms, and is told exactly what caused it.

Lots of sentences end with prepositions.

Cedar is looking for a nice gift for his grandmother and steps into Spinning a Yarn. Looking lost, Talia is sent in by her aunts to help/rescue the handsome man.
As the biggest sale to date of the shop is being made, both Cedar and Talia feel a connection. After Cedar is gone, they find out he forgot to fill out some shipping papers for the rest of his order. getting in touch with him again starts this quick rollercoaster.
talk about love at first sight, meddling aunts, a wise grandmother and one evil aunt to make this a tale worth reading!!

I recieved this book as an ACR for an honest review. This is a stand alone story with an HEA. No cliffhangers... Tilia works in her aunt's yard store and is not looking for love but when yummy Cedar bear shift walks into their store looking for a birthday gift for his grandmother that all changes. I recommend this book to all romance loves. Could not put the book down, read it in one setting. This series makes you believe in fairytales again. Happy Reading. Looking forward to the next book.

I was again sucked into the story, next minute I was spat out... how could it already be finished?? I absolutely LOVED this installment of "The Shifter Princes" & really hope that this wasn't the end of the series. I can't wait to read the next story from Sable.

When Talia' s mother named Talia the second gave birth to her daughter she passed, with her last words were name her talia. Growing up with her three aunts who run a yarn store. She was happy. The day before her twenty fifth birthday a shifter named Cedar comes into the store looking for a gift for his grandmother. When Talia help him she is falling for him. After he leaves. Talia forgot to get his address. So when she calls him, he wants to meet up with her, he even calls back wanting to invite her to the moon harvest. When she shows up cedar's family loves her. When her and cedar are alone he shows her his mating mark. She's in love only she has to tell him some things. First she a virgin. Second she thinks she will die giving birth. Can cedar and talia make it past her twenty fifth birthday?

Cedar Aspen has decided to take a break from dating. Women won’t leave him alone, as he is the last Aspen to find his mate. What are the odds he would meet her while visiting his grandma? Talia Ackerman has just been living her life. She is under the impression she is cursed and can’t have children. There is no way she could be a Bear Shifters mate if she can’t give him children. Someone wants her dead and it’s up to Cedar to save her. This book was nice, however it did seem to have many spelling and grammatical errors. I did enjoy the story and look forward to the next one.

Don’t worry if you have not read any of the other books in the series yet. Just like all the other books in the series this is a standalone.

Cedar Asher who was a billionaire bear shifter was the last of the Asher’s men that was looking for a mate. See all the other Asher men had already found their mates. Cedar could not go anywhere with out be noticed. Women always ask him what his mate mark was in hopes they were his chose mate. The women had dollar signs in their eyes. Don’t get me wrong, Cedar was very handsome but it seemed women longed for his money.

Talia Ackerman was a beautiful plus size woman. She differently got noticed by the shifters. See shifters were drawn to curvy women. They knew that a woman with curves could bare their cubs. So Talia had bee approached by a shifters before claiming she was their fated mate and of course the only way to tell for sure was to sleep with them. So I guess this might of made Talia felt like men were just after a roll in the hay.

Talia lived with knowing she was cursed. If she had child she would died in delivery. Talia’s mother and grandmother had both died due to the curse at the age of 25. Talia’s aunt Martha hated Talia. Martha felt that Talia was responsible for her Talia’s mother’s death. What an awful burden to live with. This had to always be back in Talia’s mind and the guilt she must of felt.

Cedar knew the moment he saw Talia that she was the one. It was just something he and his bear felt deep within. Talia was atracted to Cedar off the bat as well. She was surprised he would even look her way. Cedar invited Talia to the moon watching ceremony to get to know her better. Cedar’s family had fell in love with Talia. One date would not hurt, right?

On Talia’s 25th birthday the curse comes beckoning at Talia’s door. This had to not only crush Talia’s aunts but also had to rip Cedar’s heart out. Here Talia laid a sleep like sleeping beauty and could not be woken. Could Cedar find away to save her before it was to late? Could Cedar survive if he was to lose Talia?

I found this one awesome book. Once you start reading you will not be able to put it down. So looking forward to the next book in the series.

This is my review of Sleeping BBW And The Billionaire Bear, book 3 in The Shifter Princes Series. I got this book in the series free in exchange for an honest review. This is the continuation of a great world and it can be read as a standalone with no cliffhanger ending, it is the whole story. Be warned though you will not want to stop with just this one book and you will want to know the whole story from start to beginning. This book mentions other characters from the other books and it may just been in passing but you may find yourself wanting to know more about the other couples. Despite the length it does move at a good pace and keeps you interested. In fact I moved through the book so fast I was sad when it was over. :(

As you can tell from the title this is the story of basically Sleeping Beauty. This is between Talia, a woman who works at a yarn store, and Cedar Asher, a head honcho and billionaire bear. Talia is an orphan who lost both parents on the day of her birth. As a result she was raised by the Aunts who loved her but on her birth it was said that she was cursed because she was named Talia, the name of both her Mother and Grandmother who both died young. They said that she would not live past 25. Talia meets Cedar when he comes into the yarn store to make a giant purchase and the sparks fly and there is instant chemistry. They become mates that very night and the next day Talia celebrates her 25th birthday not knowing that there are dangerous secrets and anger about to come to life that will risk her own life. Can Cedar figure out what happened in time to save the woman he love or is she destined to follow in the footsteps of her Mother and Grandmother?

I like how the old fairy tail was changed in order to include shifters and more modern times. It is a nice way to see a new story within technically an older story. The only thing I didn't like was that it was a little short but I still loved it. You will laugh as well at some of the phrases used yo describe things like "twig and berries", etc.

Another really great adults only twist on an old favourite. This hot and steamy fairytale is not for children.

'Sleeping BBW and the Billionaire Bear' is the third book in The Shifter Princes series of hot and steamy adults only modern day twists on old fairy stories written by Sable Sylvan. I was given a copy by the author in exchange for an honest review and I couldn't put it down. The story is relatively short and all the books can be read as stand alones without missing out on anything other than more really good stories.

I loved this paranormal romance version of Sleeping Beauty where were-bear Cedar Asher, the last unmated cousin in the family of Asher Lumber Company billionaires stumbles on his fated mate, the sweet, curvy and all too human Talia Ackerman, in the wonderfully named Spinning A Yarn wool shop whilst shopping for a birthday present for his Grandmother. Encouraged by her three aunts, Helen, Bertha and Lorraine, the orphaned Talia contacts Cedar because he forgot to fill out some forms and is invited to a moon watching ceremony that night. Everything looks rosey in the garden, or more accurately, forest, of hot and steamy true matings, until Talia's other aunt, Martha, makes an appearance at her 25th birthday party.

I loved this book and this series just keeps getting better and better. It has all the right ingredients for a fantastic paranormal romance, including humour, steam, the bad guy, or in this case, woman, and the HEA, but best of all, it made me laugh out loud. A month ago I hadn't read anything by Sable Sylvan, but her books are so good I'm now addicted to them and eagerly await her next offering with a smile on my face.

Love the modern twist of this fairy tail. I liked the way that she was put to sleep & how he had to wake her up
