Between Two Crocs
Lily Aris is heading back to Safari Island for her best friend’s wedding. While she’s happy to be back on the amazing island, it’s been no vacation. Between having to juggle her demanding boss back home and maid-of-honor duties, she’s exhausted.
Croc shifters Max and Finn Nunez have been at each other’s throats since the summer. The tension between the two is obvious to everyone. Finn has been withdrawn and testy for a long time and it’s getting on Max’s nerves. Just when he gives up on Finn, the lovely Lily comes back to the island. Max jumps at the chance to spend more time with the beautiful woman and away from his moody brother.
With the twins at odds, it’s up to Lily to try to bring them closer together. After all, fighting crocs aren’t good for any wedding. She’s more than happy to add this to her long list of maid of honor duties. And she’s going try her hardest to get the hunky shifter twins to kiss and makeup.

This is more of a 3.5. It's a better story than Rhino You Love Me (Book 1)but still needs some editing work.

2.5 stars. Just cannot rate this higher.
Has the bones for a great story but is just so rushed, especially at the end, it misses a chance to get that higher rating. Errors don’t help either.
Everything that went wrong between these three in book one is just glossed over in this book.

Enjoyable quick read
We head back to the island in preparation for the island first wedding. Lilly, Max and Finn get their do over...mGlad that the two croc brothers get their HEA.. enjoyable quick read.

Yowza! Between Two Crocs is the second release in Lola Kidd's refreshing new Safari Shifters Series and it is an enticing breath of fresh air for lovers of paranormal shifter romance! I totally love it! The story is imaginative, unique, original, fresh, exciting, romantic and sweet. The dialogue is smart, playful, well written and flows effortlessly. The characters are well crafted, cute, engaging and absolutely fascinating. Kidd skillfully combines these elements into an fast-paced, fun-filled, innovative adventure brimming with easy lighthearted humor, seductive romance and a totally new twist on sexy shifters. What didn't I like about this story? Not a darn thing! If you're in the market for a deliciously cute, feel-good read, then this is the book for you. Although each book of the series is a standalone novella and comes complete with its own happy ending, I would highly recommend reading the first release, Rhino You Love me, before reading this story. Personally, I think it's always a good idea to read the initial book of every series in order to understand the premise of the series and get a feel for what's to come. Each book features a different relationship but also includes cameos from our favorite characters from the first book. Several months ago, beautiful Lily Aris was lucky enough to win an all expense paid deluxe vacation package for two lucky souls to the exclusive Shifter Island in the South Atlantic near Africa which just happens to be the hottest vacation destination around. The resort is a large island park which includes a safari-themed amusement park, an actual safari tour, a five-star beach resort, a new nightclub and Safari Town where the staff lives. And it's owned and operated by shifters. Hubba! Hubba! She had invited her best friend and roommate Addison Little to accompany her and thanks to the folks at Safari Island, they had been treated to a dream vacation. Lily had really hoped to find island romance but it had been her best friend Addison who lucked up this time in the romance department. Addison had found the love of her life, Chet Gallow, a rare white rhino shifter who worked on the island. Addison had moved to the island to live with Chet and now, Lily is returning to the island for their big wedding, compliments of Safara Island. I can't really say that I liked it but I didn't totally dislike it. It was way to rushed. There was no real background given on the twins at all. Who was Max and Finn Nunez. You don't even get a clear picture of what their personalities are. Plus It would have really been nice to have had the bad date cleared up. There was never anything said about what went wrong. Plus there was no interaction between Lily and Finn until the dinner and boom they are all sleeping together. The book just left me feeling like I was missing chapters or something. As for Lily she didn't feel like she was the same girl from book one. I thought she was annoying and selfish in the first book. The book would have been far more interesting had she been more like she was in the first book and there had been some conflict between them all to work out. Instead of the complete 1-80 turn around.
That being said the story idea was good. I like the series and want to continue to read more of them. It's nice to read about different shifters instead of the tired and overused - wolf, bear or dragon. It would have been nice to learn some about the shifter part of them also.

Romance Novella
The story is cute. The ideas are great and it is fun to read.
I chose a 3 star due to the brevity of the story. I love Ms. Kidd's story and series ideas. Her writing is great and a pleasure to read. The stories, so far, are fun with happy endings. The biggest problem is the lack of depth. She has all the makings of a great book in her first two stories but never scratches below the surface. I would love to read more about every character in the stories. These should easily be 300 pages or more.
I have noticed her stories are well edited, her writing easy to read and just plain great plot ideas. You will enjoy the romance and erotica content, but will wish for more. I know I could easily read more. I am hoping that Author, Ms. Lola Kidd, will grow as an Author with time and look forward to longer books as she does tell a great story. Lily was woman enough for the twins
OMG! Lola Kidd did it again....I really loved Lily,Max, and Finn's love triangle..(get it, triangle) hee hee hee. Who said second chances can't make a difference. Maybe they didn't hit it off in the first book but coming back to be the maid of honor for her best friend Addison. Lily brought her no nonsense smart thinking attitude with her and solved all the problems that were going wrong with the wedding planning and the twin brothers. Finn and Max were at each other's throats some time and could not figure out why. But once Lily returned she changed both their hearts and they realized she was their third to complete their triad. This was a roller mastering a story but it was a good one. A must read. Cannot wait for the next in the series and since it's about elephants my favorite animal I cannot wait.

I was given a complimentary copy for an honest review by author Lola Kidd. This is book 2 of the Safari Shifters series by the author.
Lily Aris goes back to Safari Island for her best friends wedding. She is not looking forward to another confrontation from Max and Finn like last time but it is different and she is very attracted to them both. Max and Finn are twins and are having problems with each other until Lily comes back into their life and calms the storm.
This book has a great story line and wonderful characters for any reader to enjoy. The author gave the characters very good interaction.
This is for any paranormal romance book lover out there who like a little more in their romance stories. I can't wait to read the next book.

When she meets Max again he’s back to how she remembered him. Never knowing why things changed while they and Finn went on their date and what went so wrong. Max appears again just when she and the wedding planner need a bit of extra help and volunteers to help in any way he can. Max invites Lily back to his place and for Finn to cook for them even thought Finn doesn’t know its Lily he’s cooking for. Fun and quick read.

This is a fun series featuring all kinds of shifters you don't often see in other books. Lily is happy for her friend that she found love on their vacation but a little sad that she is without someone. She is committed to making the wedding a success. On her last visit, her date with Max and Finn did not go so well. They want to form a triad and Max is really into Lily but not sure Finn is as interested. This time there is more chemistry between them all. The story moves very fast. I received a copy in return for a honest review.

I got this in exchange of an honest review and I must say I am a lover of shifter and BBW they are wonderful great mixer of everything mixed perfectly, like the first one this was just amazing, it was full of action, surprises, love, lust passion, and many more joys that will get you addicted to her characters and wanting more and more not just this end I know I do so to those who do not know her you better start every book she has under her name they are amazingly wonderfully worth every second you read them for

Lola Kidd returns us to the world of the Safari Shifters in this story of twin croc brothers Max and Finn, and the woman destined to complete them, Lily. Things didn't go so great between these three in book one, and the relationship between Max and Finn has been strained ever since Lily left. However when Lily returns to Shifter Island to act as Addison's maid of honor, these three get the chance to get things right between them the second time around. The story of that attempt is a read worth exploring.

Lily is back on Safari Island for her best friends wedding. Her boss is horrible and driving her crazy. She just wants to enjoy the wedding.
Max and Fin have been at each other since the summer but Lily seems to calm them down. The attraction between the three of them sparks to life again.

Enjoyed it but could be much better
I enjoyed this fast short story. But it could've been much better. I like all three of the people but it was one Dimensional. I just didn't "feel " much of anything in the story. The writing just wasn't showing that emotion that's needed. But it was a sweet story. Perhaps more time developing the story and plot would have been much better. Maybe more time before it's published.

Good Read
I really enjoy reading this short isn't your typical PNR since you hardly read about these kind of shifters in stories but the author does a pretty good job by offering a different kind of varieties of shifter . It's pretty fast pace but overall a really good read would totally recommend to anyone who enjoys PNR. Looking for to reading the next book in the series.

Just one thing...
These are cute short reads. I really enjoy the characters and the stories... but the grammar mistakes are killing me. Omitted words, extra words in sentences, misspellings... it messes with the flow of the story. I won't stop reading the books, but it is frustrating.

Oh I loved it!!
To really get a hold of the story, you need to read the first book. This one continues the series with our bridesmaid and her two dates from book one. I loved it, and can not wait for book 3!!!

A little silly
I like reading Lola's books when I'm looking for something light and quick to read. No idea specifically why but this one was just so-so to me. Yes, most of these are a little silly, but this one is even more so. Sorry for rambling, I'm tired. Goodnight!

Lily is going to her best friend's wedding. She must take time off from work and a bad boss. She has no clue how much fun and adventure she will have, as a pair of twins sets their sights on her. Avery good story even if it is a little short. A wonderful quick read.
