I loved the idea of this book. However, the typos made it nearly impossible for me to read. :(

****I was given this book in exchange for an honest review.****

I don't normally read dystopian books, but I'm glad I gave this one a try. It starts off by introducing us to Evelyn, the sheltered daughter of an over protective father. She chafes as having to marry Harrison (a prominent man on the island), and finds Aiden (a gardner) interesting. She lives on Haven: an island where the survivors of the human race live after a devestating war destroyed most of the world as they know it. But Evelyn can't help but feel trapped; feel as if there is something more to the world than Haven. I don't like spoilers, so I'll leave you with this: Evelyn is shocked to discover her life is a lie. Her world has been built on lie after lie. She goes on a thrilling journey to free herself.

There were enough twists and turns to keep me turning pages. I would recommend Haven to anyone who likes Dystopian novels.

***I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review***

This novel was truly a thrill of a ride. Evelyn lives is a world that she barely knows. She is about to get married to a man who is rumored to be anything but a good man. Harrison craves power and lusts for danger and violence. Aiden wishes for freedom and Evelyn seems to be the key but his feelings run deeper than just using Evelyn.

There is more to the world that Evelyn or Harrison could even imagine and Aiden is the key to the truth.

This story is full of mystery, thrills, hope, love, and despair.

I am excited to see what comes next in this series!

The Truman Show with danger and a bunch of twistedness. This book was unpredictable and exciting throughout. Evelyn is constantly surprised at every turn. Her fear of Harrison and curiosity with Aiden takes her through a crazy journey. This is a cliffhanger, but wow does it leave you wanting more in a good way. I was given this book by the PA Booktours in exchange for an honest review.
