A summary overview of the way Disney management decisions are made, it is lacking in enough detail to comprise a good management book. Instead it reads like a collection of white papers for Capodagli & Jackson's consulting company.

A better book for those interested in Disney's customer service philosophy is "Be Our Guest" by Ted Kinni.
