Part 3 of Civil War reread

Nothing super important here except Reed tells Sue about the Illuminati meeting. In which, Tony encourages the Illuminati to support the SHRA to prevent a bloodbath.

In this issue, we see a special meeting being held with a few super heroes. Tony is telling them about the Act which some don't like the sound of- but even so, Tony says that they all need to cooperate now before the situation gets ugly. Next, the Fantastic Four head to Oklahoma to help with a difficult situation where Victor Von Doom is trying to access and pick up Thor's hammer, which fell from the sky 6 months prior.

9/10
6 months ago the north warning systems picked up an unidentified object heading toward earth. The object was projected to fizzle out and land somewhere in Oklahoma. Flash forward to the present. Reed and Sue are talking about the upcoming superhero act that will make superheroes and mutants both tell their identity and become agents of SHIELD. Tony Stark is very actively persuading heroes to come out before the act. Meanwhile the F4 get a signal to come to Oklahoma where the crash was, as the debris has been being studied. When they arrive, they find a swarm of doom bots trying to get this debris. Eventually they fight off the doom Bots and doom himself shows up. He explains the debris can’t be picked up unless deemed worthy. The comic ends panning to none other than Thors hammer.
Great story and great art.

Road to Civil War #4

All of a sudden it's Fantastic Four #536 lol I have no idea what just went down cause I like didn't read the first 535 issues but there is like one or 2 pages referencing the Superhero Registration Act but other than that... oh Thor's Hammer lol

Jumping from The Amazing Spider-Man #531 sort of got me a little lost there... The Road to Civil War is not an easy road to follow lol

Fantastic Four #537 is next on my Civil War Marathon.

Bringing in Thor’s Hammer is kind of random, but I guess it’s a way to bring together a lot of different elements for Civil War. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the action-packed fun in these few pages.
