It has useful ideas but reads more like a summary or a reader's notes on a more fleshed out book.

Might be somewhat overwhelming because it includes an overview of nearly every Agile variant known to mankind. But as long as you understand that you can pick and choose between particular methodologies, it's nice and comprehensive and only around 200 pages.
