The Dragon's Flame

Rate this book
Fhyr and Bhant have flown and fought back to back since they were young dragonlings. Golden-scaled, lithe and light hearted, Fhyr is the perfect partner to the more serious and heavy hitting green dragon. But behind Bhant’s tough green scales hides the heart of a tender man.

Now, in a last desperate battle against the deadly Wyvern, Bhant has been grievously injured. Fhyr risks life and limb to save his friend but awakes to find himself eye to eye with Melinda, a heart stoppingly curvaceous nurse.

Melinda isn’t just one of the many hard working nurses at the army field hospitals, she’s uncommonly brave. Even without the crackling erotic pull she feels towards Fhyr, she’d be the first one to volunteer for this dangerous rescue mission behind enemy lines. But how can she possibly choose between two handsome war heroes? Does she even have to?

This is an ADULT ONLY romance novel. If you enjoy reading daring adventures, intense action and sizzling sex scenes, this is the story for you! Follow Melinda, Fhyr and Bhant as they meet, romance, fight for their lives and…make love, in The Dragon's Flame.

When two dragons are poisoned out of the sky it is up to the nurse and the doctor to make sure that they do not remain behind enemy lines. But as one will not shift back they have no option but to leave him where he lies. Could the small nurses journey back to help the shifted dragon, Furr, find and help the unshifted dragon lead to other pleasant surprises?

If you decide to read this book then read it. If you think that it would be a good idea to listen to it as it is only an hour long on audible or on YouTube; skip it. The story is a decent one for the short story that it is but the narrator is terrible and if not for the story holding my interest I would have stopped more than once in this story. Otherwise the story is not a normal romance. In fact, I don't know that I would call it a romance at all. It's a good little fling story, though.

Sweet but slightly sour

The storyline was pretty good at what the author was trying to portray with the characters, however it was a lot stuffed into too little page count. The spiced portion was just as rushed into the book too, and while I would recommend it as a palette book there definitely needs to be s follow up to this trio.

2023 read #25

2 stars! Ngl this was kinda good... embarrassed to say it. It was overall weird and I did not retain any of the information. Literally, I could not tell you how it ended. I like Melanie though she was cool.

She had sex with a hatchling. Doesn't matter if the body is adult looking.

Wanted more.

I really enjoyed this book. I got close to the characters. I would have liked more. To me it was way too short.

Love those Dragons.....

I liked this story.. the author did a good job of letting the reader get to know the characters and what was going on with the story. She introduced two hot dragons and one BBW who happens to be a nurse. They come together and trust me you'll enjoy the the story and the characters.
