At first, the concepts in this book may seem catabolic - forcing you to break down and get rid of all you know about being a leader - but as you peruse on, you will find that those same notions make up a crucible of knowledge. They form a basis from which you could create and attain success.

All it takes is a vision. Vision is the heart of leadership, without it there is no leader. LEAD provides a guideline for all visionaries. Your vision has to be structured and based on principles. It has to be firm enough to be used as leverage. This book teaches you how to use your principles-based vision as leverage to maximize success.

Leadership Unpacked

I had the wonderful opportunity to hear Sam Adeyemi speak and he was such a dynamic speaker and seemingly natural leader that I wanted to read his book right away. It definitely did not disappoint. This is a fairly short read, but packed with leadership tidbits.
