Thank you, Sam Heslop, for the opportunity to read your book.
The story of Christopher is quite the interesting one. I enjoy the pace and attention to detail that you provided in this book. It moved along well and didn't linger or delay the story.
I personally was not kept in the story, but I can definitely say it was a me problem. Because of that, I found myself lost a few times. The action scenes were well executed and described with enough detail to provide you a full visual of the scene.
This is a great story for those who enjoy medieval fantasy.

This was very good, really easy to get drawn into the story and each of the characters. At first, it's a little slowish and a little bit of bouncing around but not in a confusing way. It's to get you to know everyone and to know what is going on, so a very well set up. Overall, it was really hard to put down and found the world building to be fantastic. The style is easy to read and flows really well. It doesn't have lots of over-the-top useless descriptions. I really enjoyed this book and the way the author writes.
