About the author

Cullen grew up in rural North Carolina, but now lives in the St. Louis area with his wife Cindy and his son Jackson. His noir/horror comic (and first collaboration with Brian Hurtt), The Damned, was published in 2007 by Oni Press. The follow-up, The Damned: Prodigal Sons, was released in 2008. In addition to The Sixth Gun, his current projects include Crooked Hills, a middle reader horror prose series from Evileye Books; The Tooth, an original graphic novel from Oni Press; and various work for Marvel and DC. Somewhere along the way, Cullen founded Undaunted Press and edited the critically acclaimed small press horror magazine, Whispers from the Shattered Forum.

All writers must pay their dues, and Cullen has worked various odd jobs, including Alien Autopsy Specialist, Rodeo Clown, Professional Wrestler Manager, and Sasquatch Wrangler.

The return of the Deadpool Corps!

As soon as the roster of the DP Corps started to dwindle, the felt that this would be the Crisis of Infinite Earths for all iterations of Deadpool. After killing the Marvel Universe and the literary archtypes in Deadpool Killustrated, all that there was for this alternate version of Deadpool left to kill was all of his multiversal counterparts. Being that Deadpools are hard to kill, this was going to be a doozy of a story.

Enjoyed this one the most of the 4 probably. Honestly my biggest problem with this whole thing is i kinda wish deadpool in some alternate universe decided he wanted to go on a rampage and thus does it instead of the weird mind stuff but still good and got me interested in deadpool as a character

E' il primo fumetto che leggo oltre i famosi fumetti di Topolino, e devo dire che è stato interessante. Entrare nel mondo della Marvel è un po' come entrare in un buco nero meraviglioso, per cui spero di aver scelto un buon punto d'inizio. Non ho idea di chi sia Deadpool, ma a quanto pare lo scoprirò molto presto, dato che ho intenzione di iniziare la serie principale.
I disegni sono spettacolari, coloratissimi e bellissimi, per cui è uno spasso leggerlo, e penso già che Deadpool mi starà molto simpatico!

I just sat down to read the first issue of the four before work and was hoping that it would be good, and based on the first issue alone I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series. The art-style is great, the writing is great, and seeing a slightly more serious but still very sarcastic Deadpool comic is awesome. It's both funny and very dire, especially with the addition of even more Deadpools.
