After escaping a cult, I didn’t hide away from life.

Fab little spooky season read.
Love a spooky season read, and this one did NOT disappoint!
Spooky fairground, scares, costumes, pure fear and desperation… the list goes on.
Ophelia, the girl rescued from a cult and now cared for by her three men, is finally getting a night she's always dreamed of. Fun at the fair, with a little chase through the funhouse planned for extra excitement.
Little do they know, the people running this fair are seriously wrong 'uns. Travelling from town to town, leaving a trail of innocent victims behind them.
Ophelia is lured away in the funhouse, not realising it isn't her men until it's too late. She manages to escape just as her guys find her, and suddenly they're going from the hunters to the hunted.
What follows is a terrifying fight for survival, where trust, desperation and the will to protect each other are pushed to the limit. The fairground becomes a nightmare, and getting out alive is the only thing that matters.
Dark, twisted and packed with spooky-season vibes, this is one hell of a ride! If you love your romance with a hefty dose of danger, chaos and horror, this one deserves a spot on your Halloween TBR!

What starts out as a fun night at the carnival turns deadly. After living with a cult for most of her life, Ophelia talks about how she's never been to any type of attraction. The men decide to look into it, finding one coming nearby within the month.
Surprisingly, Roman contacts the event asking to rent it for a night. They schedule it and take their girl for a night of fun.
Unfortunately, the men who own the place are depraved psychopaths who hurt unsuspecting people. What starts as a fun night of rides, food, and games turns quickly into a fight for their lives.
This twisted tale is an incredible peek back into the Preachers and Ophelia life after their HEA.
