Oh, you’re a Christian? So now what? Ever wondered that? What exactly is it that a Christian is supposed to do now? Paul tells us we’re saved for good works. So what are they? Peter tells us to be holy as God is holy. How do we do that? These questions have caused more than their fair share of confusion for people over the years. If you’ve ever struggled to understand what you are expected to do now that you’ve become a disciple of Jesus, then this book is for you.
In this video-enhanced version of eciple: Grow, Pastor and Author Matt Eachus addresses these difficult questions and more as he provides readers with a realistic explanation of what it looks like to grow in Christ. Matt focuses on the gospel of Jesus and time and again points people back to the free gift of God’s grace in Christ and a life of faith as major building blocks of the disciple’s life. With humor and personal story, Matt leads readers to a better understanding of gospel living, of the importance and nature of spiritual disciplines, and the good works for which we have been prepared. Whether you are new to the faith and need to build a foundation or you’re a long-time follower of Jesus looking to shore up and strengthen that good foundation, eciple: Grow is for you.
