I liked this so much better than the first one

I liked the confusion that both Jayce and Declan felt about what seems to be a pack bond. It was so much stronger than anything else that either of them had experienced before that it seemed natural to confuse it for sexual attraction.

I do wonder at why they didn't take Chris and his two others out as soon as they found out what Chris' plans were though. It seemed like Jayce is a natural alpha, and thus stronger than otherwise, and Chris just wasn't...
