You are a clever woman. You have it all - a fantastic business or career, a beautiful family (most of the time!), the success you have worked hard for and the trappings of that success. Other women look at you with envy and wonder how does she do it all? You are living the dream. Right? Wrong.

While you have the appearance of absolute success in everything you do, scratch below the surface and the reality is that you are freaking out, even just a little. You have so many balls in the air that the juggle is becoming increasingly hard to sustain. You need to start doing things differently because trying to do it all represents a huge risk to your ongoing success.

How would it be if you learnt how to successfully juggle your two lives, and to be guilt-free?

'Me Time' provides you with a proven 5 Step process to help you identify and harness hours of lost time on the home front. The Ultimate Result? 30 hours a month to live the life that you want.

Me first is about getting 30 hours back a month.

But it written for females that are mums and are very high up in there companies, earning the big $$$$

I'm neither. It was an interesting read thou I can't put it in to practice special since she highly recommend paying for cleaners gardens and nannies to save you time.

I have pick up a couple of tip from the first part of the book which I will try to remember.
