Every bit as satisfying as the first two books. This is the kind of story I could read forever.

MY TAKE
I've been a Vatar fan for a long time, following him since he was a poor kid who was nearly killed trying to save his best friend and then having to deal with the awful vengeance of that friend's Shaman father. Vatar's not perfect, and sometimes he does things that make me want to smack him in the head. Fortunately, he's not stupid. He learns from his mistakes.
One of those is with how patient he is over his biological father's ruling council. On a personal level, I hate it when some people want to manipulate others. Fortunately, in spite of the challenges the characters in this story face, the books always have a satisfactory conclusion. The way the two magics work is interesting and fun and has the sense of a treasure hunt.

Ano t her excellent story.
I enjoyed the book, well continued storylines. The author continues expanded landscape. Characters have also more complexities to add more story.
