Desley Polmear lives in the Mid North Coast of NSW, Australia. She is a published author and this is her 5th fiction novel. Desley is never idle and has many interests. She writes every day, especially in these times when traveling is limited due to the pandemic. Desley runs a small writers group for beginners. She helps and inspires them to put pen to paper and keep writing. She is constantly amazed with the quality they have produced, and in 2022 she will have their work published in book form.

Payback was the conclusion to this intriguing trilogy. Although, Desley was faithful to her main characters, they all got a taste of Karma, just as the title suggests, and some more than others. All three books have a fair share of love, bitterness, betrayal, and of course revenge. The two other titles in this series are 'Unlocked Secrets' and 'Just Before Midnight'. All three books are well worth reading as you follow the intriguing lives of Susie and the Russo family. Plenty of action and intrigue.
