The first six novels in the New York Times bestselling Lorien Legacies series are included in this
I Am Number The book that started it all . . . Nine of us came here. We look like you. We talk like you. We live among you. But we are not you. We can do things you dream of doing. We have powers you dream of having. We are stronger and faster than anything you have ever seen. Our plan was to grow, and train, and become strong, and become one, and fight them. But they found us and started hunting us first. I am next.
The Power of I've seen him on the news. Followed the stories about what happened in Ohio. There are six of us left. We're hiding, blending in, avoiding contact with one another . . . but our Legacies are developing, and soon we'll be equipped to fight. Is John Number Four, and is his appearance the sign I've been waiting for? And what about Number Five and Six? I am Number Seven. One of six still alive. And I'm ready to fight.
The Rise of In order to save our world and their own, John and Nine must join forces with Six and Seven who have been battling the Mogadorians in Spain, and who are now trying to locate Number Eight in India.

The Fate of The sixth and penultimate book in the series! For years the Garde have fought the Mogadorians in secret. Now all of that has changed. The invasion has begun. The Garde are stretched thin, fighting this war on many fronts. The only chance they have is to take out the Mogadorian leader once and for all—but his fate is now irrevocably tied with Ella's. They can't destroy one without the other. But if the Garde can't find another way to stop the Mogs, humanity will suffer the same fate as the annihilation.
My students and I were literally obsessed with this series. I purchased books and distributed them every time a new one came out- we loved every moment! This is such a fun read, awesome to talk about with another person who's reading with you, and a cool mix between reality and fantasy. I may even read these again, if I ever find the time. :)
Not remember much. But remember few core scenes and how amazing they were. Enjoyed all characters- remember loved especially number 9, and 6 and how funny and badass they both were. Of course fan girled over main character: 4.
Loved adaptation and decided to read this series from there.
Loved the idea of the plot and the main points in it. Also to be honest remember being invested in more or less all characters so another reason for good rating🥰
But took this series quite slowly- so reason for not 5 star. And obviously this series had its issues- that I don’t remember much but they were there, no matter how small they were.
Toss half brain away before you read this. The writing is terrible throughout the series, riddled with spelling and grammar errors. The story itself has contradictions so often. It reads SO SLOW, with nonsensical timelines. The book reads as if it was written with the intention of being an on-screen script rather than a book. Some descriptions would look good in theory on screen, but it doesn't translate well in novel form.
Overall the main series leaves readers with more questions than answers.
This series is embarrassingly good. I read this in middle school so I feel like that says a lot but like- I finished out the whole series when I very easily could have stopped and have gone on with my life without regretting it at all. The story is so stupid but also so good? The writing gets increasingly better throughout the series, and I love how it builds on itself- it's so weird to think how the first book is centered in that small town, and by the end of the series, it's like an international crisis. I thought the plot twists were good, and I loveedddd how the Four/Marina love thingy was hinted at the end of the book. (unpopular opinion- Sarah was annoying and should not have given her life for Four. that whole thing made me so mad)Also loved everything with Ella. Also Six is just such a good female character. I don't knowww this series just seemed like.. kind of progressive for a shitty ya series? Like I felt like all the female characters were super strong and didn't really subject to men/have their story arc revolve around them (with the exception of seven in the second half of the series. but even then like I totally felt her pain yk). Only complaint is that Nine and Four should have ended up together and you know I'm right. (also this should include United as One but I couldnt find the whole bundle and I wasn't going to do a review of every single book so just take this as the whole series).
It has been a lot of time when i read it but still kinda remember the whole thing, fine a bit bit. Good work of fiction by involving earth with alien guys. A good blend of romance, thrill, mystery, suspense, what not..... A lot of amazing characters made the whole imagination more fluid and thrilling, there is loss of important people in the story which makes the things a bit more emotional and thrilling. Personally liked the character of number 4 aka John who has such amazing supernatural powers that he grows during his teenage years and use them to save many from these evil aliens. Six was good again, a good fighter and a smart girl who got in love with friend of John was good. The whole plot was full of suspense and just anyone who starts would instantly fall in love with the plot!

number Four and those who come after him are on the run for their lives from the Mogadorians and their deadly leader, Setrakus Ra. he destroyed their planet of Lorien and now has the similar plans for earth. they must handle this devastator on their own
I loved these books! Unlike other series, they were not repetitive and introduced new characters regularly to keep you interested. I read them all over three or four times and they never got old. I recommend these books to people who like sci-fi and fiction.
This series is by far my favorite one. I read them when they were first coming out, but then I think life got in the way, and I didn't read the last two. My new year's resolution for 2024 was to read a lot more (24 books this year) than I had been, and I figured this series would be a good starting point since they are easy reads but also very fun, interesting, and action-packed. The minute I started reading the first book, I was taken right back to my 13-year-old-self starving to be in the books myself. The way they are written has the perfect amount of description for a science fiction young adult book since the author paints detailed pictures for how the characters are feeling and acting but leaves just enough to the readers' imaginations to make it unique to them. The beginning to end of the series had me excited to get home and continue reading because every character and their storyline was personable, engaging, and easy to follow along. They each had their own personalities and problems that made it more real among the alien invasion. I will likely read these again and again (you're never too old!).
i personally love this book. i had an unhealthy obsession with it, that i used to make up a whole new character and daydream of me being in the story.
i love everything about this, that's why i was shocked when i read the reviews. majority of those who read this agreed with the 2-star reviews. and i couldn't help but to reconsider my rating.
anyways, i tried watching the movie and i didn't like it because of the cast. obviously, movie adaptations of books will never be ultimately accurate. i know that.
This is a very well written and complex YA SF series. I highly recommend it for fans of alien invasion and kid heroes. The characters are well written, the situations are well developed, and the interactions are satisfying. It doesn't actually feel like a YA series, except that the MCs are kids. Very good, worth the read.
This is a great series. I read the first book, then watched the film. As usual the film was no where near as good as the book. After I finished each book I HAD to immediately start the next, needing to know what happens next. Loved this story, would read them again in the future.
Started these as a kid and stopped reading before they finished. I picked them up again this year to finish the journey and it was awesome. Easy reads with great characters and a super interesting story. I cannot believe it ended well, tying all that shit together must have been difficult.
Great finale, if a bit graphic, the f-bomb's in the last few books were uncalled for, and caught me off guard (even if it was limited to one per book). Love the story, the characters, and the legacies all rocked 😎.
This series was great. The plot featured many twists and surprises, and developed excellently. I would recommend reading this books if you like adventure/dystopian.
these are cool books! i really like the realm it creates and it’s a cool concept! i’m super glad i read them. i don’t think i would read them again though
