One hot alpha wolf and one feisty woman,mixed with a bit drama equals another fab book by Selena.I could not put the book down until I finished.The characters in this book are just awesome I hope there are some more books conning.

This ultimately had issues. I mean come on…You make your mate wait ten years because you didn’t want to settle down. Then you have her followed and saved from a rival pack and she’s all the sudden 109% in and yours? After pushing her away for a freakin decade, your own mate? The most precious thing in the world to a shifter? I don’t think so. No backbone and no self respect giving in that easy to a man who pretended you weren’t his mate for ten years of your short human life.

This story is part of the "Southern Shifters" which is by another author and part of "Kindle Worlds" and listed as a novelle but it's only about 54 pages which to me means "Short story". I am not up on this series so that means This story is out of order for me but what can I say, it's SELENA BLAKE!

I buy Ms. Blake's books just as soon as they come out (auto-buy)! THIS story was well written and she got everything out there but I think you really need to know the back story to this series to really get into the book. BTW the only reason I bought this short story (less than 60 pages) and paid the 1.99 price was because Ms. Blake is a known author to me otherwise I do not pay that kind of money for short stories for unknown authors (to me)!

What the actual f):!. So, he sleeps with her 1 night 10 (yes, you read that right...10) years ago (toh and akes her virginity too), knew she was his mate and then just went about his own life????? Clearly the word "mates" means something different in this series....???? I did not finish the book after I read that section...I wanted to stop before I read anything more that would piss me off....you know, like how he probably was not celibate in those 10 years. The only reason I gave this 3 stars is because I normally like Selena Blake's books, but this one....not so much.

I like the way this was made, short and to the point. The character made a very good impression on my brain. Though i wish it was a longer. There were some scene that made me long for more action and romance.

It didn't lessen the impact of the book, it just made me long for longer story line.

Taken by the Wolf is a very short story, but packs all the usual punch expected from Ms Blake.

Strong Alpha males, an element of danger, and plenty of sexual chemistry combine to make this a fantastic read.
