When Mel chooses a neglected fixer-upper for her fresh start, she expects dust, repairs and more work than good sense. She doesn’t expect Anton.

Anton is charming, protective, infuriating…and apparently a ghost. Bound to the house and missing pieces of his past, he should be impossible to fall for. Yet as unexplained messages and shared dreams draw them closer, their connection becomes more intimate—and more real—than either expected.

But Anton is fading. A battered book, an engraved watch and an unconventional psychic may hold the answers, but uncovering the truth could tear them apart.

Some bonds defy distance. Some defy death. And some demand the courage to let go.

A warm, witty and steamy paranormal romance filled with mystery, emotion and an unforgettable connection.

Recommended for readers aged 16+ due to mature themes and sexual content.

Advanced reader copy received from the author.

For someone who has just dipped their toe into this genre Andrew nailed it. The book is lighthearted and full of humour. It was a brilliant read and the balance of spice and how it was written was spot on.

I loved the description of the house, the way it was done made it so vivid in my imagination. I could picture the rooms exactly as they were described.

I loved Emily's character and he abilities, I could easily read about her story in another book. The "note to self" were really funny.
Anton and Mel's relationship was really interesting to watch develop, I liked the ways they found to communicate and the boundaries he put in place for her. I also liked that he was a typical ghost, the backstory behind that was great

Overall a really enjoyable read and lots of laugh out loud moments. Definitely recommend

This was such a fun, lighthearted paranormal romance! I loved every minute of it. The spice was perfect, the humor had me smiling, and the MMC and FMC were absolutely perfect together. Even the supporting characters were well-written and added so much to the story. It was the perfect mix of romance, humor, and paranormal fun. Definitely a delightful read!

For a first venture into romance Andrew really captured the emotional resonance needed to engage a romance reader. The premise is unique and the side characters are fleshed out and leave you wanting more of their story as well. Can't wait to read more.

Going into this one, I honestly didn't know what to expect because paranormal romance is still a fairly new genre for me… BUT LET ME TELL YOU, I AM SO HERE FOR IT!! 🔥🖤

The anticipation at the beginning had me absolutely gripped, and the only thing stopping me from devouring this in one sitting was that pesky thing called real life! 🙄😂

A.D. Stevens, thank you for trusting me with an ARC of this book! 🖤

The world doesn't know what's coming with this one, but if you're already a lover of paranormal romance, I have a feeling you're in for an absolute TREAT! 👀🔥

And if you're like me and still dipping your toes into this genre… maybe this is your sign to dive in! 🖤
