Jax and Rachel's journey started long before Something Precious. And I have followed it every step of the way. This is probably one of the most frustrating installments in their journey so far. One minute I'm crying the next I'm laughing. One minute I think I know what's happening but, yeah, not so much ...

I won't lie and tell you that I loved the story-line, because I didn't, but I appreciated it. It was WAY too close to real life for my taste LOL All the frustration and trust issues and just plain manipulations really made me want to throw my kindle but I also knew that in the end, Jax and Rachel would be okay :) (was that a spoiler? #sorry lol)

There is a shit-ton of drama in this book but it's not there just to be there. It's there to strengthen the bond that Jax and Rachel already had. Not that I actually knew that while I was reading ... it just sorta came to me at the end :)

OKAY, I'm gonna stop now before I spoil the whole thing for you. I'll just say this one thing ... This spin-off from Something Great is really really good. Very relatable and true to life and of course, well written because, M. Clarke #DUH

For some of us, we know how hard it is being in a relationship, there are ups and downs. It is even harder when there are kids involved and especially hard when the ex/parent is involved as well.
For Rachel, things are going great. She has found the man of her dreams. She adores his son, Jace as if he were her own. All she wants is for all of them to be happy and start their lives together without of the drama that comes along with Jax’s ex/ Jace’s mom.
Things seem to be going well until Chloe worms her way back in, making things even more difficult than they need to be. It is hard situation for Rachel to be in. How do you co-parent with your significant other and their ex? Where do you draw the line? How do you know when you’re crossing the line? Does her opinion matter?
Jax can’t wait to make Rachel his wife. He found a woman who not only loves him but loves his kid as well. She is beautiful, smart and caring. All he wants is for them to be a family and hopefully start making their family a little bit bigger. Now if he can only convince Rachel that a baby is something they need sooner rather than later. When his ex-Chloe begs to see Jace, he only wants to do right by his son and is blinded to Chloe’s antics.
This is where things start to get shaky and communications between him and Rachel fall flat. Chloe seems to be doing all she can to make Rachel feel left out and slowly she is succeeding.
When Rachel is offered a photographing job, which is an opportunity of a life time, she takes it. Jax is supportive of her career and this opportunity 100%. He warns about how relentless some of the models can be and she tells him that he has nothing to worry about. The last thing she expected was to run into two old high school friends, one who happened to be her crush and is also a model. He is they type of guy who will do everything he can to get what he wants, no matter what.
For me, this was such an angsty and frustrating read (all in great ways of course). Here you have Jax. He found a wonderful woman, one who loves him and his son and has dealt with his crazy ex, Chloe. He is so blinded by doing right by his son, that he doesn’t see the position he puts himself in when it comes to Chloe. His actions are hurting his relationship and trust with Rachel.
Chloe is the same crazy bitch we met in Something Amazing but for me, she is ten times worse. This clearly is a woman who should never have had a kid but had one for all of the WRONG reasons. She is the most non maternal person out there and is so self-centered and selfish. She is all about herself at all times. She is a character whose bitchiness and deceit is amazingly evil. She is that character that I LOVED to HATE.
Rachel, who is already questioning if things between her and Jax is moving too quickly? She loves both his and Jace with all of her heart but she is left wondering if she is ready to be someone’s mother and wife? She is the happiest she has ever been but she is also scared. She doesn’t want to replace Chloe as Jace’s mom but she also doesn’t trust Chloe’s intentions at all. When she tries to talk to Jax about it, her concerns fall on deaf ears. When she sees that bond between the three of them, she wonders if she belongs with them at all. Her fears along with Chole’s deception get the best of her and Rachel is left with a broken heart and some shocking news.
Jace is such an amazing kid and although he is young, he knows. He loves his mom but he is wary around her and he is able to see what his dad doesn’t. He adores and loves Rachel and everything she does for him. He has never had a woman care for him the way she does and he is excited that she is going to be a mother figure in his life.
Jax realizes a little too late that Chloe was just being Chloe. Unfortunately for him that damage she caused maybe irreparable and when he learns that a guy from Rachel’s past is pursuing her, he realizes that he may have lost the best thing in his life forever.
I loved the struggles they faced and I also loved that Jax was challenged. When things fall apart, they fall apart and it gives Rachel time to really think about what she really wants. Jace is upset and knows his mother is the cause of Rachel’s sadness and Jax realizes how blind he has been to it all. This was a heartbreaking lesson for all of them but one that was needed. Their journey is a beautiful one.
This was such an amazing story of true love, second chances and communication.
I loved the feels that M. Clarke brings out in her stories. This was such a wonderful and beautiful read.

~I was given this book for an honest review~

What can I say about this book? It brought out so many emotions for me. One minute I was so wrapped up in the love they shared and next I wanted to punch a B***H! I swear, Jax’s ex is vindictive and crazy. They ideas she comes with are just plan insane but it’s also someone who is desperate to hang on despise the face that it’s over. Enough about her, let’s discuss Rachel… First off, there’s a huge part of me that wants her job. I mean she gets to photograph and hang out with hot models all day. You can’t be that! She also has the love of her family and extended family. Her brother in law is very overprotective of her. Anyway, she goes thru so much during this book, attending fashion week in NYC, dealing with her fiance crazy ex and seeing her high school crush who admits his feelings and tries to pull her away. She also has something major to deal with… Jax, on the other hand, is reeling in the bliss of finding his true love and being a good father while still modeling. He thought he had the problem of his ex taken care of but he was dead wrong, she was determined to keep her little family together. Because of this, problems come up between Jax and Rachel. I wasn’t happy about this at all. They soon got everything figured out and was a family once again. Even though there are some book I haven’t read in the series, I was still able to fall in love with all these characters. I loved the whole thing with the turtles(Ninja and real) and the stars in the sky. I was really, really sweet. I’ve never read a book that had something like that in it. This was the perfect way to end their story. Jax and Rachel are definitely my favorite couple! They complement each other so well and both of them turned out to be incredible parents. I was so glad I got the chance to read their story!

Thank you so very much for letting me read this ARC Mary Ting! I appreciate the amazing opportunity to get the chance to dive face first back into the enchanting Knight Magazine world.

After reading book one in Something Amazing, I wanted more Jax. I was having such a crush! Jax was such a wonderful hunk in Something Amazing! I fell in love. In book one I saw Jax grow from an indecisive single father who wanted his love life to be in balance to a wonderful man in Something Precious any woman would love to love. He got more depth to him. Rachel impressed me so much in book one with her coyurage to take a leap of faith in Something Amazing and even more so in Something Precious. As if my love for these two couldn't grow, Mary Ting continued their amazing story in this beautiful rollercoaster ride of emotional love, and family. I felt like I was watching a legendary family movie filled with so much action. I felt like part of the story, like I was right there defending Rachel!

This book has drven me bonkers with the almost, never ending drama. It was just one thing after another. A few times there I thought that this was it. The problems would be too much for Rachel and Jax to overcome, and poor, sweet Jace would be stuck with a bad outcome. I'm so glad Something Precious overcame the manipulative shadows of Chloe to glow bright of love, and hope. The book had me guessing the outcome until the very surprising end! It's so sweet! This precious book made me pound my fist in frustration, cry so many happy tears, and cheer Rachel and Jax on! All I can say is, wow! What a beautiful, fun, precious ride into everlasting love!

Yet another wonderful read from one of my favourite authors. Something Precious had me shouting at my iPad and then racing to the bathroom to grab a bunch of tissues to soak up the tears so I could continue reading. Once you start this book, you won't be able to put it down.

Something Precious is by far the most moving, the most passionate, and the most stunning of her “Something” series books. The writing and the intensity level has only continued to increase with each book until you can no longer deny just how beautiful and magnificent this entire series has become! This story is nothing less than a masterpiece truly written by a brilliant artist. If you enjoy your stories with more heart and soul then you know what to do with, then this is one series that you cannot afford to miss out on.

Jax was finally convinced that he, Rachel, and Jace were on their way to the bright and beautiful future that he has been hoping for. The major obstacles they have had to overcome are behind them now, and they can finally focus their concentration on the peaceful days ahead. If only life were that simple and neat because even when we see smooth sailing ahead Fate can sometimes decide to throw a few waves and raindrops our way. When their calm skies are disrupted with a huge storm, they try to hold onto the love they have in their heart for the other, but sometimes doubts and insecurities cover us like water and cause our grip on the other to slip and sometimes to break altogether. In those times, we need to decide what is more important to us – our pride and anger or love and forgiveness. Will the storms that Jax and Rachel weather overtake them, or will they find a way to conquer it and be that much stronger afterwards?

If I enjoyed Jax and Rachel from Something Amazing, I have officially fallen in love with both of them. I couldn’t have imagined the depth of determination and courage that they would need in order to fight for their family. They had so much to lose, and they had to decide if they were going to let it slip through their fingers or hold on tight and allow the strength and stubbornness of their love bind them together forever. I loved how their friends and family rallied around Rachel and her family giving their love and encouragement without forcing their advice and opinions on them. They allowed them to work through their issues without stepping into it and making it an even bigger mess.

M. Clark has enchanted me with her true mastery and genius throughout this story. This series is undoubtedly an amazing creation that challenges and compels us to live our life using our heart rather than always relying on our head. We need to give love more than we need to give advice. Since we are all human, we can expect to fail at times, but if we are lucky, we will have friends close by who will help to pick up us up, dust us off, help us smile again, and put us back on the right path. Only then can we learn how to love those around us with the same honesty, purity, and passion that is shown to us.

I was given this book for my honest review by the author

I never knew what happiness was until I met Rachel, the kind of happiness that wrapped around my heart like the warmest blanket and I didn’t want to let go. What I loved about her most was her kind heart. She took everything I had to offer, even a little boy that wasn’t her own. What person did that? Not many. Jax

You are cordially welcome to bring your tissues, your favorite blanket, and favorite candy to join Max, Jenna, Becky and Matthew to witness The Wedding under the Stars.

As Rachel and Jax embark in this continuing journey of their lives together you will get to witness the heartache, the everlasting, sensual love like no other. With a few bumps along the way that will only hinder to becoming the foundation that binds the foreverness. A few surprises along the way will have you saying “WTF” and “Oh No F’ing Way”.

The sex between Jax and Rachel is like a Twinkie the luscious vanilla cake baked with the sticky goodness of flavors on the inside we get a yummieness of star bursting delight.

Jace is Jax’s son and will have a voice like no adult can comprehend. The things that this little Angel fights for will have you in total SHOCK AND AWE. One could say this little boy holds the key to the locked gate within Jax and Rachel.

This author has done it yet again in creating a wonderment of surprise, shock/awe, tears, laughter and a sensual experience that can be only described as Something Great, Something Wonderful, Something Amazing, Something Forever and Something Precious. A Night Under The Stars with the Constellations aligned and a bit of turtle action will have you swooning for the Wedding will be of Constellation proportions and will tell us the next emotional journey that this couple will see forging ahead to their Precious Moments in time.

Happy Reading

An amazing conclusion to a story that will have your heart mekting, crying and jumping up for joy. Jax and Rachel are getting married! They have moved in together and are planning their lives, everything is perfect! Well if that were the case then this book wouldn't be as amazing as it is. Yes, they have a struggle, TRUST and her name is Chloe.
I think this is all the teaser I am going to give you, but I promise you will love me for whetting your appetite. The love they share is perfection, strength and bonding. Jax and Jace are so adorable throughout the whole book that you want to have them infront of you to squeeze and kiss all over.
The journey they have to struggle through is one that is true of any relationship, trust and communication are a two way street. The parallels of how I would handle the situation are what made this book even better for me.
There wasn't a dull moment filled to the brim with emotion and love and steaminess this is the book that keeps giving, filling your heart and waring your soul!

I thoroughly enjoyed the entire series. I thought it was beautifully written and I really enjoyed the interconnecting timelines. It’s a super sexy read, yet wholesome at the same time. I would put this book series as one for readers who want smut, but are just beginning to read smut or do not like darker elements. It’s absolutely sugary sweet and filled with happy endings.

I will say, I was not a fan of the pregnancy-ever-after tropes and the prideful nature of many of the characters made me want to throw the book against the wall.

All in all, an amazing read and one you can absolutely recommend to your sweet romance/smut friends. 🖤

(1-3 are to be read consecutively; 4-5 are a spin off to be read consecutively but can be read before the first 3)

Wow!
As a single woman and not a Mom ( unless you count 2 cats!), I absolutely love how M. Clarke takes on this journey of her characters. I can feel every emotion they go through, even down to the littlest one. Little Jace stole my heart, and my heart ached for him.
I loved how Rachel came into her own and took back what was hers and knew what she wanted!

Very nice story between Jax and Rachel. It’s sucked that there are conniving people out there that try to cause trouble. But it was a read I definitely and honestly Recommend.

Something Precious is the sequel to Something Amazing by M. Clarke. This series is a spin-off from her Something Great series and while you do not need to have read the Something Great series to enjoy Something Precious, you do need to have read Something Amazing as it picks up after that book and follows the same characters. I was so excited when I found out that Jax, Jace and Rachel were getting another book! These are some of my favorite characters and I just loved them in SA. This one was tough at times to get through and I hated all the rough times that they had to experience. But I absolutely adore these characters and I was so glad to get more of them that it made every bit of struggle worth it!

Jax and Rachel are engaged and preparing for their upcoming wedding. Everything is going great and they love being a family. But when Jax's ex Chloe shows back up wanting to spend more time with her son Jace, old issues start to reappear. Not only does Chloe want to be around Jace, but she wants her family back, Jax included. To make matters worse, Rachel's high school crush shows up as well wanting a chance that he never took with Rachel back when they were kids. When Chloe proclaims to be pregnant with Jax's baby, Rachel is left wondering if their relationship is strong enough to endure the constant obstacles thrown in their way.

I love these characters so much. Jax and Rachel are absolutely perfect together, and their connection was as strong as ever here. Unfortunately there were so many outside forces trying to mess with their relationship and that made each of them question each other at times. While their bond had never gone away, I really hated seeing them begin to wonder about what the other was thinking or feeling. While they might have known deep down that they were solid, it is hard to dig deep when everything in front of you says something different. The one thing that never changed though was the love they had for each other and their smoking hot chemistry.

Overall, this book had a ton of drama and there was a lot going on. I will admit that it was very frustrating at times and I seriously hate Chloe. I have to say though that I wasn't the happiest with Jax here either. While I understood what he was ultimately thinking and trying to do, I felt like he should have known better. The fact that he let things get as out of control as he did and let it go on for as long as it did was pretty troubling to me. It seemed like he wasn't really thinking about Rachel's feelings or well being at times and that wasn't okay with me. I know he apologized and she forgave him pretty easily, but I didn't like that it kept happening and that she let it go as easily as she did. I did love Jax, Jace, and Rachel as a family though and it was so good to see the love that they shared. These three were absolutely adorable together and I couldn't get enough of them. I am really excited to know that M. Clarke is planning to write a few more spin-offs about Jax's friends. M. Clarke is a great writer and her stories are always filled with amazing characters that you can't help but fall in love with. I highly recommend her books if you haven't read them before and if you are a fan of Something Amazing or the Something Great series, Something Precious is a must read!

This is the second book in the Something Amazing series and they must be read in order; they are a spin-off of the Something Great Series which I haven’t read. This book picks up about a year after the first one ends. Rachel and Jax are engaged and living together. Chloe has been out of their lives since Jax paid her off. They are set to get married in just a few months and everything is pretty much set. Then Chloe decides she wants to see Jace again. Jax is cautious at first but he doesn’t want to deny his son a chance to know his mother. He agrees that Chloe can see Jace but he doesn’t tell Rachel about it first. This makes Rachel wonder, maybe he would rather be with Chloe and be a real family. Chloe knows just want to do and say to get under Rachel’s skin. While at a photo shoot she does just that. Rachel is torn she believes Jax loves her but she can’t help be mad that he doesn’t always talk to her about Jace seeing Chloe. Jax wants another child and Rachel isn’t sure if she is ready, she wants to wait until after they are married. Rachel is sure that Chloe is up to something and tells Jax as much. He just brushes it off saying that Chloe wants to spend time with her son not get back together with him. Is Rachel over reacting and letting jealousy get to her or is she right? Chloe keeps saying she has changed but has she really? Rachel reconnects with son old high school friends and one turns out to be a model, Jonah. Rachel had a crush on Jonah in high school. Will those feelings come back when she sees him again? Are things about to fall about for Rachel and Jax or will they just become a stronger couple? I love Rachel and Jax, they are great characters. Their story isn’t a smooth one at all. It seems there are more bumps than smooth parts. Rachel lets insecurities and jealousy cloud what she really wants. Jax always wants to see the best in Chloe for Jace and that makes him ignore the other things she does. All the characters in this book are great. They really come together when someone needs them. The story flows really well. I am pulled in every time I start reading another book in this series. I plan on reading the Something Great series when I get the time and am really looking forward to how the other characters got together. M. Clarke is a great author and I always look forward to reading a book by her. I really hate Chloe and am glad she finally is forced to see the error of her ways in this book. I hope there will be more books in this series. Maybe about Hendricks and Stacy. Great job M. Clarke.

I didn't want to read this one...I have major issues reading books with cheating or love triangles. With both the ex of the Hero & and old crush from the Heroine turning up in this book I already had angst before I read the first page. But it worked in this book. I really saw the struggles they had to go through to come out to where they needed to be. Some of the things I say next can kind of be spoilers...but very mild ones...I didn't give away the big WHOPPER climax of the book.

The Hero...Jax was so in love and so happy that he didn't see the destruction coming his way...and most of it was his doing. It broke my heart every time he would overlook Rachel as being the parent, just because she didn't give birth to Jace. He would allow the toxic Chloe in and co-parent with her instead of parenting with Rachel who was raising Jace for over a year. I know Jax was only letting Chloe for Jace and yes, that was something he should do. But the way he kept overlooking Rachel really really tore me up. I loved watching Jax grow, I loved watching him realize the mistakes he made by not going to Rachel. His character really grew and I love reading that in books...yea yea, most characters are always sorry but most of the time you never see them grow from it...and in this book you did.

The Heroine...Rachel was so relatable. You could feel her fears when reading about her. You could feel her insecurities...but you could also feel the strength radiating off her character. I loved how when given the option of having an opportunity with an old high school crush, she declined. Even when her and Jax were separated and she was again given the opportunity, she declined. I liked watching her grown with that whole situation. She had concerns before this about only being with Jax because they were in lust and she was afraid she didn't really know what love was. She never wanted to be with Jonah (old crush) but him being in the picture made her really reach deep down and find those feelings for Jax were true. I also loved when she needed time to think things over from mistakes Jax had made, she still made time everyday for Jace...I think that was the sweetest thing...EVER.

I just really enjoyed this book...it literally gave me heart palpitations at times but I am so happy I didn't let my fears of cheating/love triangles get in the way of reading this book. Well done M. Clarke.

Something Precious by M. Clarke is a contemporary romance. It is part of two series; I’m not familiar with either series, and I had no difficulty jumping right into Something Precious.

Set in Los Angeles, Something Precious continues the story of Jax and Rachel, and the story is told from both their points of view.. Both work in the fashion industry, one as a model, and the other as a photographer.

Jax is the model. He is also a model dad. He tries to be a model fiance, but doesn’t always succeed. He can be obtuse at times, which allows him to believe that his ex-wife, Chloe, could change and become a loving, attentive mom to their almost five-year old son, Jace. He can also be attentive, giving, supportive, and caring.

Rachel is the photographer. She’s talented and her work is drawing a lot of attention in the industry. She’s cute too; she is drawing a lot of attention from the male models in the industry! In a prior book, she has left a not-so-great relationship, and she has jumped on board the Jax-train. Not only is she engaged, but she has moved in and about to become a step-mother to the cutest five-year-old boy ever.

Something Precious was predictable. Even if you haven’t read the prior books, from the minute Chloe enters the story, it’s not hard to workout what is going to happen. However, I still enjoyed the story immensely. I adored the family/at-home time scenes with Jax, Jace and Rachel. They are a loving young family. The dynamic was great. you just feel good about them being together. The dilemma of trying to find some adult time by using the television as a babysitter was oh, so familiar (as was the falling asleep instead of getting that adult time). Jax, as a partner, is supportive of Rachel. He might be an idiot when it comes to figuring out the motives of his ex-wife, but when it comes to Rachel and Jace, he’s a superhero, almost as great as a mutant ninja turtle.

Something Precious takes readers through Jax’ and Rachel’s honeymoon phase and through a rough patch intentionally caused by Chloe. The story ends like a fairy tale. In the extended epilogue, we see Jax’ and Rachel’s happily-ever-after in progress. M. Clarke’s latest is a sweet, engaging romance that will have you swooning for days.

***I received a free copy for an honest review***

Well, right off the bat... I just loved Jax and Rachel's story. Something Precious is the second book in a spin-off series from the Something Great trilogy which was also an amazing series that I absolutely fell in love with. For me, it was an incredibly addicting modern fairy tale romance with a noticeable difference...the female leads are strong women. No damsels in distress...well, maybe in some other subtle way. Set in the beautiful and seductive modeling world, Rachel and Jax endures the ups and downs that are included in their careers and raising a child. This second book in the Something Amazing series takes these characters to another level of obstacles that will test their love, patience....and, most of all, trust.

The characters are well developed and the world building was very descriptve. M. Clarke's writing enabled me to enter their world and feel what they were feeling. With every turn of the page, my heart was racing, my eyes were tearing up, and my head was spinning as I followed Rachel and Jax endure the troubles that was laid before them that tested their relationship. I was in complete awe...AGAIN. M. Clarke took me on another romantic rollercoaster ride of emotions that had me tied in knots in nervous anticipation of the conclusion of this second book. OMG! I don't know... I was an emotional wreck when I got to the end of the book...haha! But, I was so in love and relieved that this romance just made my heart soar.

M. Clarke can spin a modern fairy tale romance with the contemporary workings of every day life of her career-driven characters. With her descriptive storytelling, M. Clarke brings about a realism to her characters that readers can relate to whether being a model, a photographer, or any career in life. She has brought, yet again, another incredibly touching and poignant New Adult story that many readers can identify with....in one way or another.

4 ½ out of 5 stars

I loved Something Amazing and I loved Something Precious just as much...I’m determined to go back and read the rest of the Something Great series now because these characters have really endeared themselves into my heart and soul and I can’t get enough of them.

Jax & Rachel are engaged and happily planning a wedding and enjoying their time as a new family. Of course, Chloe - Jax’s ex - couldn't just let that happen. Drama ensues and battles are fought, but the strength of some relationships really can’t be tested.

Jax is still the smooth talking, sexy, book boyfriend of our dreams. With words like this, how could anyone not swoon over him:

“You’re the reason for my happiness. You’re my air and my heart. You’re the best of me, Rachel. I never wanted forever with anyone until I met you.”

And then there is mini-Jax, his son Jace, who is just as great and bound to be a wonderful young man someday, too. Rachel might be his soon to be step mom, but he shows her just how much she means to him in so many ways through the novel. This scene was one of my favorites with him:

Jace wrapped his delicate arms around me so hard and fast that he almost knocked me over. “I can’t ever forget you, rachel. I love you.” His voice sounded like an angel whispering to me.

And then there are all the other characters that make such a great part of this story. Max & Matthew are great bosses and friends for Rachel. Stacy is less involved this time since she lives so far away, but she’s still there for her best friend whenever she’s needed. Beck, Rachel’s sister, is the best though, I think. She is just perfectly perfect and knows the right things to say and when to say them:

“You can’t define love. It finds you, breaks you, and molds you, until you absolutely can’t live without it.”

This story is a great wrap up for these characters and though there is some drama, it is wonderfully told and as a reader, I could hardly put it down!

* I was given this book in exchange for my honest opinion.*

I had already fallen in love with Jax and Rachel's story in Something Amazing, but reading Something Precious has taken it to a whole new level.

After reading Something Amazing I was a bit sad and felt like there was so much more to their story and I wanted to know it ALL.

Leave it to Mary to deliver once again!

Reading Something Precious left me all giddy and feeling like "all is right with the world". This time I was completely satisfied with how the story ended. I loved leaving them both so happy and content in their own world. It was great to read a few happy chapters and get closure. Most authors just skip this part and it drives me nuts. After all the cliffhangers, I believe both we and the characters deserved it. :)

Through many complications and twists of the plot I couldn't stop admiring the fact how human the characters appeared in their behavior and reactions. One of my favorite twists being the appearance of Rachel's high school crush. It would have been so easy for Rachel to turn to something simple and "light" in moments of despair, but truly valuable things in life have to be earned. I am so glad she toughed it out and decided to fight for her man and their future together.

A few more more thing I got reminded of: things are often not what they seem to be, "no good deed comes unpunished" and anything is possible with the love of our family and friends. I truly felt for Jax, trying to do what is best for Jace, often knowing in advance how risky/tricky it might be. A good parent would do anything for his/her child including risking their own happiness.

The emotions running through this book were strong and I felt them all. The happiness, the pain, endearment, aggravation, fear, rage, relief... you name it. The plot was captivating till the very end.

SOMETHING PRECIOUS by M. Clarke was an amazing read, read it one sitting it was that good.

The story in this book sucked me right in, having said that I had just finished reading book one and dove right into SOMETHING PRECIOUS, I was so excited to read the conclusion of Jackson and Rachel's story. Rachel and Jackson have such amazing chemistry, you can tell they are meant to be togehter, but at every turn something tears them apart, I flipped every page hoping that something was going to go right for them.

This book follows Jackson and Rachel one year after book one ended, they have moved into together and they are planning their perfect wedding. What relationship is perfect though, and Jackson and Rachel are no different, first there is Jackson's ex trying to worm her way back into his life and rekindle the relationship they once had, and Rachel starts to doubt things when her high school crush appears back her life after 15 years. What else can go wrong with Rachel and Jacksons relationship? This book had me laughing and then crying and then laughing again, and by the end of the book I had everything crossed that could be crossed hoping for a happily ever after for Jackson and Rachel.

SOMETHIGN PRECIOUS by M. Clarke will take you on a journey of two soul mates struggling with the ups and downs of a relationship, it has to be one of the best books I have read in a while and it will for sure not be my last read by this author. I would give SOMETHING PRECIOUS 4/5 turtles.

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.

In this book we are back with Jax and Rachel. You would think after all they went through in Something Amazing that it would be all smooth sailing for these two but that is just not the case. With Rachel now becoming an up an coming photographer the demand for her talents are becoming more and more. She also wants to be an amazing step-mother to Jace, Jax is talking about wanting her to get pregnant soon after they married, and of course Chloe has to come back at this time as well. With all of this she isn't sure if being with Jax is where she really wants to be right now or not.

Jax knows something is going on with Rachel but he just doesn't know what it is or how to deal with it. The more time that passes the more he feels her slipping away and that scares he more than anything. Jax knows that if he doesn't figure out what is best for his family there won't be a family to worry about and that isn't something he can deal with. He hopes with the help of all of the others that maybe just maybe there will still be a chance for a HEA in their future.

This book is another amazing book in this series. All of your old favorites are back but this story really centers around Jax and Rachel. Both of them need to not only figure out what they want for their own life but what they are willing to do to ensure that they make it as a couple. I would highly recommend this book it is an amazing story that will have you hooked from the first word to the very end.

I'm sure I have said it before, but I'll say it again, there isn't a book this author could write that I wouldn't absolutely LOVE!

Jax and Rachel are finally engaged, starting their lives together as a family in LA. All is perfect until Chloe shows back up, wanting to see her son again. Jax wants the best for Jace, so he feels like he can't say no. Of course the manipulative Chloe has an agenda, she wants Jax back and will stop at nothing to make that happen. Rachel is caught in the crossfire, wondering if Jax is the one she wants to settle down with when all is said and done. Will Jax and Rachel be strong enough to overcome hurricane Chloe to get their happily ever after?!

Every character M. Clarke writes, I simply love, and Jax and Rachel are no exception. I'm so glad she expanded on their lives as I have missed them. Plus, I got to read about the other beloved characters in this series, and what they are up to now. The storyline is well written, highly emotional, and flows perfectly. M. Clarke has a brilliant writing style that always has me living the story along with her awesome characters, and I can never get enough of them. I physically feel Jax and Rachel's emotions, and hurt along with them. Well placed humor throughout the story with Jace had me laughing a lot, and the sexy scenes are HOT HOT HOT! I will never ever get enough of this author's writing, and her books are on my kindle crack list, as she can't write quickly enough for me. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this author, this series, and Something Precious!

A Sultry romance with vindictive drama, this series just gets better with intense emotions!

When you fall for characters, and just can't get enough, you just hope and pray to the "word" gods that the author never stops. One thing about this series, you feel that connection with the characters...they feel real...in my head they are real. And I love how all the characters are connected in one way, and past favorites keep showing an appearance in each story.

Jax and Rachel's romance continues. They are planning a wedding and life together. Jace has really started to bond with Rachel, and you can feel the love poor off the pages. However, when Chloe wants to start being involved more in Jace's life, that's when the vindictive B@#*$ comes out to play. And boy, does she have some evil up her sleeves.

Jax and Rachel's relationship is definitely tested. It makes Rachel question whether she is ready to take on everything that has happened in such a short period of time. You feel her heartache. But you know, love becomes more powerful when you know it's right and you have to fight for it. It makes it all that Something Precious.

A toe curler for sure, this story just speeds with intensity...you just can't get enough, and really want to bitch-slap Chloe. Yeah, it pulls that much emotion from you, from deep down in the gut. Steamy romance, The Knight Brothers, models, and a whirlwind of adventure, this story is "THE BOMB."

Have you started this series yet?

Something Precious, perfect title for a story that is building a family on Love, not just blood.

Something Precious was a great 5 star read.

Rachel is a fashion photographer and is engaged to Jax a hot model. These two definitely have quite a bit to deal with in their relationship. Jax has a son with his ex Chloe and she is very jealous of Rachel. Will she be able to get between these two?
Rachel also has some challenges of her own when someone from her past makes an appearance. Can she resist an old crush?

“You hurt us the second you let her back into our lives.”

I absolutely loved their story. Jax’s son Jace was such a sweetheart, there were a few moments that he tugged at my heart strings (ugly cry moment). I was emotionally exhausted and was happy to see a HEA. The additional characters added a great element to the story and I can’t wait to see who’s story is next. If you want a great read, 1-click and get started today on this great series by M.Clarke.

This is one amazing conclusion to this story, I must say that I have thoroughly enjoyed this whole series. M. Clarke has given us a story that will have our heart melting ,even crying ,and sometimes cheering joy . Jax and Rachel is engaged and living in Los Angele ,everything seems so perfect. But then if everything was great this book would be so wonderful. But guess who's back in town yes no other then Chloe ,and yes that would make anyone tremble . I just want to slap Jax up side the head and say are you that naive .I totally understand that they have a child together , and I realize that Jax would like her in his sons life ,but really man COME ON? Chloe is just a she devil from Hell ,and as you know leopards don't change their spots . All he wants is whats best for his child. My emotions went through the roof with the way Rachel felt as this amazing story came into play, why doesn't everyone run instant of talking it out . This whole story has some mighty scenes ,some angst, and the epilogue was wonderful, and the characters were just awesome. This is the time that these two need to be strong and stand together to be able fight those demons off, and will they do capable to do so. I love the way this story ended . This wonderful story will leave a smile on your face and will also give you a warm heart .I could tell you more but that would spoil everything for you. I highly recommend that you read this wonderful story, you won't be disappointed.

Yet another grand slam from author M. Clarke.

I had the honor of reading Something Precious in return for an honest review.

I fell in love with all of M. Clarke's books and have been following her for quite a while now, and I must say I'm impressed. I love her writing style, and her ability to grab your attention from the very first line and not let you go till the bitter end.

This book is a roller coster of a ride for you emotions, we see the characters fall in love and see them suffer heartache. But in the end does love really concur all?

Jackson and Rachel have finally found each other but will Rachel's doubts and Jackson's ex finally tear them apart, or will there love be enough??

That's right the Bitch came back, Chloe is back with a vengeance. She wants Jax and Jace back in her life and she's willing to do anything to make it happen.

When Rachel comes home early from a business trip her world is turned upside down and torn apart. Thinking that Jax has been disloyal to her she leaves. Now I can't get into to much detail, spoilers aren't really a good thing, so you have to read the book to understand the commotion that Chloe causes this time around.

It was a great ending to the Something Great Series and I will miss all of the characters deeply.

Just like Something Amazing I fell in love with Something Precious. This book... WOW it had me flipping pages wanting to know what was going to come next. One page I would be on the edge of my seat, the next i was almost in tears as my heart broke or was hurting for what Jax and Rachel were going through and then the next moment I wanted to strangle a character. Jax's EX ooh that B**** I could strangle her. Yes in a way she does redeem herself but ugh she just pissed me off to no end. I had no idea what to expect from her (which I loved) but I knew her coming back to town would not be good for Jax or Rachel's relationship.

This is a definite must read as all M. Clarke books I have read are. You will want to grab some tissues, make sure you either have a heavy duty case on ur device or something smaller sitting next to you that you can throw when the characters piss you off. Haha.. maybe some chocolate to drown your sorrows right along with the characters.

Can Rachel and Jax get over the biggest obstacle that has been thrown their way? Or has everything been to rushed from the beginning? Find out today when you get your copy of Something Precious.

**Kindly sent an Advanced Copy for an Honest review** (even without the advanced copy I would still praise this book because it is that amazing!!

Something Precious by M. Clarke is a continuation of Jax and Rachel's story from Something Amazing. The bittersweet of what happens after the happily ever after when real life begins.

Jax and Rachel are three months away from their wedding, Jace is happy as a clam (or a ninja turtle) and things are going great. Then Jace's mom/Jax's ex-wife Chloe pops back up in the picture attempting to be a "mom" to their son all the while scheming to get Jax back. The Rachel goes to New York Fashion Week to work and runs into her high school crush who is now a hot model and he is pursuing her. If the universe tried any harder to make things near to impossible for Jax and Rachel it would probably implode.

The great thing about stories like this is seeing the struggle, the realization, and the ultimate correcting of behavior that enable such wonderful characters to work through their issues and come out the other end even better than before.
