I want to really like this one but I just can't.
The story is about Gabe and Brianna.
Brianna is a friend of his daughter, Crystal. He got Crystal's mom pregnant when they were both 16. He didn't want to marry her. They didn't love each other and it was just sex. Both their parents stepped in to take care of Crystal while they were finishing school. She's never wanted for anything in her life.
He's now an architect and has his own construction company. Crystal has abandonment issue and he felt guilty. He did everything to make up to her for not being there when she was younger. He's a great dad and she always comes first. Even after he met Brianna, he always thought of her first. I know she's his daughter and she's his responsibility but she's old enough to understand if his father finds someone he wants to spend his life with.
I understand where they were all coming from. But come on, Gabe must fight for Brianna. She acted like a spoiled brat at times but I get her. She just wanted him to fight for her. All her life, she had to fight for everything she wanted. He knew what her life was at home. It wasn't easy. He knew she was hurting but he still can't make up his mind.
And when they were caught together, he just let Brianna left his house. Stayed with his daughter for days and didn't do anything and at that time, she was beaten badly by her father. Thanks to Crystal for telling everyone including Brianna's father about her relationship with Gabe.
I just wished he was man enough to fight for her.
The only thing I loved in this book was the epilogue.

OH. MY. GOD. no.no.no. egh. What did I just read?
I can't describe how bad this was.

The dialogues were so simple, like a three year old had written them. The storyline was basically non-existent. The sex parts were weird and made me feel a bit nauseated. I think I threw up in my mouth a little.
The characters were shallow and selfish. Every single one of them.
It was so bad it was ridiculous. In the bad way.
And who the hell ate all the commas? Give them back.
Ugh. Now I have to go read something good to make it better.

THIS WAS A VERY VERY DISTURBING BOOK!
Ok so let's just say he was a selfish asshole who treated her like shit for most of the book. He made her feel cheap and put everyone before her. She was used to that so she just accepted that. When he had a moment she was expected to drop everything and come running!

And she did because when she did not she would get beat up (straps and spanking) until she gave him an apology. Let's not forget that she come from an abusive home! Yes he is a major asshole.
Ok so she is 18 and he is 34 and his daughter is her friend but not really. She ruins her rep when she found out her dad and her friend are "fucking". Which resulted in the heroine getting beat up by her stepfather.

March 1, 2025The same friend that suggested THIS suggested this one because she knows I LOVE drama, and this one promised it in the form of the H putting the h second to his almost grown daughter (who was her friend). And since ⬆️ The Returned had a surprisingly plotted storyline, I decided to give this one a shot, but it ended up being about 85% outrageously over-the-top daddy kink and 15% drama.
Gabe (33) is a single dad of a 17-year-old daughter (Crystal) that for some crazy reason feels super guilty because while he was in college both sets of grandparents raised her so they could get an education. (he knocked up a ONS in HS) Even more baffling is Crystal’s severe “abandonment” issues because she was coddled by her loving grandparents and visited by her dad as often as possible for FOUR WHOLE YEARS that she probably can’t even remember and made the center of their universe henceforth. In a nutshell, Crystal is a ginormous spoiled ass brat.
Brianna (18) is a sweet girl from a shitty home situation that meets Gabe when she befriends Crystal to help her with cheerleading stuff. The two have an instant attraction and are getting it on within days.

This book kept popping up in my Twitter feed and after the last few disappointing books I've read I though fuck it. Why not. I could use something ridiculous and dirty to read and ridiculous and dirty it was. I don't really like to rate these books because come on, I'm not reading it to enhance my brain and vocabulary skills but it gave me the exact amount of calm, laughter, and omg haha are you kidding me, hey babe you busy cause I need you! emotions that I'm ready to get back to my books and hope that I won't be throwing my kindle at the wall with my next read.
If you like it raw and dirty and over the top then I would recommend this book.

Quick steamy/awkward/cringe worthy read. Older man falls in love with his daughter's best friend. She's 18 and still in high school. A lot of sex. A lot of dirty talk. Daddy/baby girl relationship. Sometimes it was good and then times I said ewww. But if you've read Jordan Silver books before, you know how it goes. 3 stars for me.

I'm not new to Ms Silver's books and I've liked some of hers so far but this one obviously doesn't make it to that category because this one rather than entretain me, it made me feel pretty annoyed and kept me from enjoying that plain ole smut that you could be looking for by reading a book like this one.
When I decide to read a book by Ms Silver I know I'm going to get an OTT chauvinistic alpha male (bordering on the psycopath branch), an innocent heroine who becomes the next minute a nymphet extraordinaire and the simpliest plot line you can get with lots of sex and sex and (yeah) more sex with a side of cringe-worthy lines... but hey that's what guilty pleasures are made of, aren't they?
The thing that brought this book from a 3 to 4 star rating to a 1 star is just the fact that the Hero, who claims to be madly in love with the heroine and who is a grown man in his mid thirty, sees fit .This isn't a dark romance, it's supposed to be just plain romance hence I'm not going to be on board with that.

When you read a Jordan Silver book you can pretty much depend on seeing:
1. Domineering alpha males who are borderline violent/aggressive
2. Barely legal virgin girls
3. Some violent action towards the female (the male beats the female, verbally abuses her, forces himself on her or roughly spanks her.)
4. Cheesy dialogue
5. Quick rushed sex scenes and lots of them throughout the book
6. Errors, grammatical mistakes, run on sentences (although there are less and less in every book she releases) and missing commas.

Great read, if you don't want to read rough sex and punishment scenes, this isn't for you. 3 day separation only. Om drama is just a couple guys she was flirting with to make him jealous, didn't last long. Ow drama is just his daughter and a split second of the ex.

Disclaimer: Jordan Silver is pure porn. If you aren't into kinks or can't look past the fact that this author will never properly edit her books, then you aren't going to like it. If you like Porn Books and enjoy a bit of Daddy kink then you will love this book.
With that being said, I'm not particularly into the "daddy/Babygirl" kink but this book did it for me! Lots of alpha-pounding that just get's things wet for me when in book form (not in real life, obviously and unfortunately-- I just can't role play!)
Super hot scenes. The brattiness of the Chick in the book will get on your nerves but the sex scenes are so worth it. And as a free read on Kindle Unlimited, go for it and give it a try.
This is one of Jordan Silvers' longer books and it is fully fledged out considering it's a porn book. And as usual, there is little to no editing in this book so you just have to look past that and my rating reflects how I looked past it. And this is fine for me because I don't think we porn book lovers would get so many of these books from Jordan Silver if she made them perfect and that's a fine trade off for me.

No one does smut better than Jordan Silver and this book is just another example of that. I really enjoyed this story and the real world conflicts that it dealt with. Great epilogue too. Recommend.

I loved this book Jordan Silver is an amazing writer she knows what her readers love. This was my first time reading one of Jordan Silver books but I have heard a lot of wonderful things about her books. And I finally got to read first hand why she is so loved by Authors and readers. One of my favorite topics of a book is when you have a sexy hot older man who falls in love with a young high school girl. Who is yes still in high school but she still is legal for him. Gabe and Brianna starts off hard because she best friends with his daughter so of course its weird, but Gabe right away knows even though its going to be hard to be with Brianna he knows he don't care he loves her and he would do anything to keep her and of course that's exactly what Gabe does. They go through ups and downs with Gabe daughter and Brianna family but in the end everything works out for both of them. They all end up becoming one big happy family. If you have not read this book read it because you will not be disappointed. From the beginning to the end Jordan Silver gives you some yummy sex scenes that just has you all wet lol.

I have read this book at least a half dozen times and I don't know how I have not let my review before, but here goes....
This a hot sexy book about an hot older man falling head over heels for his daughters best friend. Gabe is a great dad, he had his daughter as a teenager and with the help of both the grandparents he was able to still go to school, but felt guilty about his daughter. When she finally came to live with him he waaaayyyyy over compensated and have her to much control of his life
Bri is a beautiful bright 18yo from an abusive home, she falls crazy in live with Gabe almost from the first time she sees him. She soon realizes that being his little secret is emotionally harder to deal with than she anticipated and she will always play 2nd to his grown daughter.
Now you gotta read to find out if Gabe is going to let his daughter rule his life forever and lose the woman he desperately loves or if he's gonna step up and put everyone in their place and hold on to Bri......then again keeping Bri might be to late........

So what if she is nineteen and you are thirty-three... So what if she is your eighteen year old daughter’s good friend... So what if she is still in high school... hmmmmmmm??? When Gabe meets Brianna, the heart he thought was long dead to romance comes alive again. They cannot deny their chemistry and don’t really try. Brianna has a horrible home life and finds comfort in his love - even going so far as calling him “daddy” and her “babygirl”! But their road to happily ever after is far from smooth... Between his daughter, his “baby” momma, her parents, his guilt in trying to protect his daughter’s feelings, Brianna acting like a typical teenage female, etc., etc., etc... If this wasn’t a Jordan Silver book, I would have worried that there was no happily ever after - BUT there is and it’s great!

Oh my this by Jordan Silver has you hook from begining till end and make second book of this story and love that see wrote the how it in must people in real life can happen this way and can relate to brianna's life and to have a man like Gabriel to love her for who she is is the most love story. To read this story thanks to Jordan Silver i want a Gabriel to and i hope she will write a second book that will have Gabriel and Brianna in it but most part one of the childeren to have the lead part in it.

Jordan Silver is my go-to author for great smut. I can always expect an engaging story with a swoon-worthy alpha. She didn't disappoint me with her latest story.The only complaint I had for this book was the fact that it ended. Great read. I recommend it for anyone that loves an OTT alpha with a cute sassy heroine.

This book, as do many of her others, speaks to me. I love a good alpha male. Her hero's are always alpha, sometimes excessively so. I love this. If you are looking for the namby pamby milk toast type of hero find another book. If you want a hair pulling tell you rather than ask you guy this is your book.

What a story! From page one there is smut on almost every page. But beyond that there is a good age gap story too. I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait to read more from this new-to-me author.
