Hollywood Lust, the twelfth book in the Hollywood Alphabet Thriller Series, is a high-octane thrill ride that’s three mysteries rolled into one.

While Kate tries to untangle a deep mystery that’s at the center of her family life, she and her canine partner Bernie work with cold case Detective Leo Kingsley to try and solve a ten-year-old murder that’s tied to the current homicide of a young woman. In the meantime, one of the most difficult and high-profile cases Kate’s ever worked resurfaces when a radicalized group of terrorists known as The Swarm begins a killing spree. It’s a race against time as Kate and FBI agent Joe Dawson try to stop the serial killings, at the same time she tries to solve the decade old murder case.

In the meantime, Kate’s love life begins to heat up, while her meddling best friends Natalie and Mo insert themselves into her personal life, at the same time they try to unravel what might be one of the biggest murder mysteries in Hollywood history.

Hollywood Lust is a high-wire thrill ride, a page-turner with all the great elements and returning characters that have made other books in this mystery series wildly popular.

WARNING: The Hollywood Alphabet Series contains adult language and laugh-out-loud situations not for the faint of heart! If you think you can handle Kate Sexton’s crazy life . . . order Hollywood Lust today.

What a read!

I always enjoy Kate and her cases but this one seems like a top 5 for sure! We left off with her sister in distress but Kate has found out that she wants nothing to do with her. Janice Taylor and the swarm are back and it's not pretty what happens. Besides all of that, Kate is trying to discover her bio dad and what happened to her love dad. She does get a love interest in this book and it's a good one! The ending will leave you wanting more!!!

I thought the previous books were incredibly thrilling, but they just keep getting better. 'Hollywood Lust' was full of action, deceit, suspense, thrills beyond comprehension and some pretty crazy characters. Kate was put through another ride on the emotional roller coaster of her life. Her newfound attitude is what makes her strong and willing to go on. The ending was one of those ARRRGGGHHHH moments. Yep, cliffhanger. So I know I'll be reading the next book. Noah is one hell of a man. I love his outlook on life and living for today. Dawson is another character I love. He doesn't take or put up with any BS. But man is he a great guy. I would add more to this review, but I've got to get the next book and start. A must read!

Kate is working on a murder in which the killer used a knife that was used in a murder 10 years ago. The knife had been in a police evidence room and disappeared from there. How did that happen? At the same time, Kate's sister is in an abusive relationship with a man who is a follower of Jane Taylor.

Would have been 5 stars

Good story, lots of interesting characters. But it ended in a cliff-hanger which I hate. I realize this is done to sell the next book, but I've read scores of books in series that stand alone. If they are good books, I'll gladly get more of them.
