I got this book, because I was feeling rather full of insecurities and self-doubt concerning my current job search and I thought this might help boost my self-confidence. And I'm not saying it didn't work, however, it merely pointed out to me, that I apparently am already pretty self-confident and thus didn't help me with my (still existing) insecurities. Having said this, the daily challenges are rather interesting and helpful, especially if the issues the book mentions apply to you. To explain what I mean: the part about leaving ones comfort zone. There is a list of suggested things to do that are apparently outside of people's comfort zones, and I found most of these belonged to past challenges I set myself or were my daily habits. One thing I liked is that I didn't have to take the 21 days, but go at my own speed, which was faster as some days were just "not my issue" and I moved on. So I would recommend it if you are looking for a simple way of trying to get more self-confident.
This is a good, quick book for becoming aware of some things about yourself that you might want to change. The book won't really help you to make any long-term changes, but it will help you to become aware of many things. It will absolutely help you get started on improving your self confidence and self perception. If you're looking for something like this, then you really can't go wrong starting here.
