Holy story filled with dramatic twists with each turn of the page. This is a great story.
Shae is now widowed and trying to get her life in order without her husband Allen .When she finally believes things are good, things are DEFINITELY not good.
Shae learns that her husband's death was not an accident. She receives a letter explaining what really happened. She is devastated. The one person that has been by her side in all this devastation, Jasper, is involved in this secret.
Jasper has some explaining to do. Shae's heart is already been glued back together so she is on a ledge, but Jasper is the man that can pull her back.
As things begin to smooth over with a few answers, Shae's life continues to be shaken up with blow after blow of people who want to tarnish her late husband's reputation and her in-laws that absolutely despise Shae. The will not let her live with any kind of peace.
The amount of things Shae deals with is beyond what most could possibly handle. She is a fighter and I loved her during this entire story. With the support of sexy Jasper, always by her side, this story is an epic love story.

Shae and Jasper get closer and he helps her with so much while she's dealing with her evil as hell in laws, lawsuits, and ridiculously rude cop interrogations. Jasper was unbelievably sweet and loyal for Shae every time she needed him. It was nice seeing them finally give into their desires for each other.

Will newly widowed Shae Lockwood be able to have a normal life again? Just when she thinks she is getting the mess of her husband’s death under control, as well as her own life, new clues and people pop up putting doubts in her mind. She is falling hard for Jasper, although, who wouldn’t with the hot sex they having. He is becoming her whole world but can he be trusted. I am not sure about him; although, he seems to have a plausible answer for everything. This second book ends with an OMG cliffhanger. I totally love this series and can’t wait for Wicked Truth to come out!!

A Wicked Kiss is a exceptional story of love and intrigue; the suspense continues through the whole book. Shae Lockwood is trying to make peace with her life as a widow after her husband Allen commits suicide. Or did he? Questions swirl during this second book about Jasper, Allen's best friend and now Shae's live in lover, and Aime the jilted ex lover of Allan's from 10 years ago at college. Jasper's secretary, I wonder what she has to hide? Excellent creative writing in true M.S. Parker fashion.

Holy. What. The. H.E.L.L. Just happened!!! I am never disappointed with MS Parker there is always a twist, or five, and they always blow me away!! All I have to say is, just wait! Just wait this book will have you feeling like you have whiplash as you try to figure out what is going on, you may think you know, you may even get some correct- but you will be shocked to find out you're wrong!
This second installment in the Wicked Series is going to leave you wanting for more, and of course it ends right in a spot where you will be dying for the next installment!! It is so worth it though.
Once again, this book has it all passion, romance, mystery, scenes so hot you will need a big glass of wine as you read this, and a sweet man who we adore..it's perfect, right?

This series is like a freaking onion - there are so many layers that you need to peel away to get towards the center and find the truth of Shae Lockwood's love life.
Shae is trying to move forward and is learning to cope with shocking reality surrounding the death of her husband, Allen. She is struggling through the legal battle with Allen's family, mysterious threats and learning how to run their vineyard. Through it all, Jasper has been her friend and companion in grief. However, in the second book their relationship changes. It develops into something more and it felt like I could finally sigh in relief for Shae.
That feeling did not last long.
Because M.S. Parker hates Shae and is determined to put her through all kinds of hell. Although it sucks for her - it makes for crazy, entertaining reading. This book's plot is seriously awesome and I devoured A Wicked Kiss in one sitting. I was on the edge of my seat, waiting for the next moment of passion or danger. (The scene in the closet!!!!)
I didn't think after the conclusion the first book, A Wicked Lie, that the deception or drama could get any crazier and then I finished A Wicked Kiss. Sweet Jesus. I still don't think I've picked up my jaw up off the ground. My inner romantic is determined that Shae finds some peace and happiness because it refuses to believe there is any legitimacy to all that I fear about some characters. Even though I have a few doubts (well planted seeds M.S), I will accept nothing less than a happily ever after.
Overall, this book left me feeling desperate to get the final installment next month and find out the truth.
A Wicked Kiss is not a standalone - you need to read A Wicked Lie first to understand all that is going on in the second installment. I highly recommend you get caught up on this highly erotic suspense series today - then you will understand why I think it is a must read.

Overall Opinion: This felt like a filler book to get to the end of the trilogy. There wasn't all that much that was substantial that happened, but I still read through it quickly and it was pretty enjoyable.
Storyline: We continue Shae and Jasper's story where the first book, A Wicked Lie, left off . There is some more major drama that continues to happen and more that comes up . But they continue to work through it, and it leaves us on another cliffhanger.
POV: This was in Shae's POV.
Overall Pace of Story: Good. I barreled right through this, so there was no slow parts.
H rating: 4 stars. Jasper. He continued to be hot and loyal, but adding in sweet and romantic too.
h rating: 3 stars. Shae. She was strong through it, but she's just kind of meh for me.
Sadness level: Low. No teary parts.
Heat level: Moderate/high. This one had a good bit of sex making it close to crossing over into erotica for me, but I still feel like the story was primary and the sex was secondary (which is how I define erotica -- sex #1, story #2)

After finding out that Allen killed himself because of a debilitating illness, Shae Lockwood is left stunned and realizing that the men she married had lied and betrayed her. Jasper her late husband’s best friend was innocent in this but he was everything she needed right now until secrets from both Allen’s and Jasper past come back and threaten to tear everything apart.
I was given this book in exchange for an honest review.
Shae Lockwood has had to deal with a lot in the past few month but considering what had happen she is still the strong independent woman she was before. Just when things start to settle some disturbing messages arrive sending Shae into a tail spin and having her calling her brother Mitchell to come and stay with her. This is only the start of Shae’s problems. Once Jasper finds out what’s going on he feels hurt that she didn’t trust him enough to turn to him but does question her as to what’s going on.
This part of the Wicked Series had me so anxious I wasn’t sure if I could take anymore. Shae deserves to move on with her life but the closeness between her and Jasper has others talking including her brother. The eerie messages had the little hairs on my neck standing on end. MS Parker knows how to keep her readers in suspense and just when you think things are settle down she throws another curve ball and leaves you wondering what just happened and if it really did happen. Like any good trilogy the story isn’t over yet and I’m dying to find out what’s in store for Shae in the next book!!

You must read A Wicked Lie first in order to understand the events that have transpired and are continuing to send Shae Lockwood down the dark rabbit hole. Book two picks up right where the first ended and Im telling you the cliffhanger in this one is going to have you using big red marks on the calendar crossing off the days until the September 15th release of A Wicked Truth. Another great thing about this series; they are FREE on Kindle Unlimited so you cant go wrong.
Shae is still reeling from the death of her husband Allen. She is twenty six and a widow fighting the rumors and deception that she feels Allen left swarming around her. Jasper Whitehall, their best friend since college, has been there helping Shae pick up the pieces. He has been Shae’s rock. Mitchell her brother isn’t thrilled that Shae has taken to Jasper but Shae needs him to help her see through the dark tunnel she is in.
Feelings ignite and so many things are left just screaming in the wind. Allen’s family are still the jackasses they are and another character comes into play. I have a feeling there is someone else out there stirring up trouble for Shae but I will keep those thoughts to myself in who I think it is. Only time will tell as we wait for the next release.
This is suspense and sexy time all rolled into one. There are some jaw dropping revelations in book two. Revelations that feel like you have been run over by a freight train. Grab these two books up. Again read them in order. They are quick and easy reads with lots of depth to the characters and the story. LOVE IT!

If You Can't Trust...You Can't Love!
Jasper, has done everything to help his bestfriend secure a future for his wife at the risk of his own happiness and his medical license, but when he sees an opportunity to help Shae, Allen's widow, through her tough time, he realizes this is his chance for real happiness. Jasper, is there for Shae, as her late husband's ex girlfriend shows up with claims of a child, Shae is willing to hand over everything to this woman and baby. A Wicked Kiss book two of the wicked series will blow your mind. It is hot and sexy filled with Love, lust and betrayal and still full of secrets.
The story continues where A Wicked Lie is ends and continues to weave the mystery behind finding out the truth about Shae’s husband Alan's death/suicide.
The chemistry between Jasper and Shae is strong and they enter an intense relationship that is so strong and highly sexual.
You will be gripped to every word as the mystery and secrets keep unraveling, you will be shocked that a new threat creeps in and feel not only is Shae being set up for a fall but so is Jasper. You can't help smell a rat in the mist and try to piece together who could be the culprit, who could be so hateful to want to destroy not only Shae but Jasper too.
You will be shocked how doubt and the bonds of trust can be crumpled so easily when you know these two should be together.
M S Parker can keep you at the edge of your seat and you will plow through the pages quickly to get to the end, for another Cliffhanger.
If I could give this book more than 5 stars I would and I cant wait to see what the third book will bring. I love this author. Ever since I stumbled upon one of her naughty serial series, I have become addicted. Each time she has a new release, I am first in line to grab and review. Her books are crazy hot, sexy, intense, and always full of suspense. This new series... definitely the BEST of her work by far in her writing career. This is just book two and it's only going to get crazier... you've been warned.

When becoming a widow isn’t the worst thing that’s happened lately…
This is the second in this romantic suspense series and the revelations just keep coming! Shae Lockwood’s husband died in a parachuting accident. Or so she thought. Jasper Whitehall was the best of friends to both her and her late husband. Or was he?
Shae is being bombarded with one devastating truth after another as she still mourns the loss of her husband. If it isn’t her late husband’s family, or the local police, or ghosts from the past, she doesn’t seem to be able to recover from one blow before another follows. W.O.W... M.S. Parker you honestly amaze me this series just gets better and better as it progresses!
A Wicked Kiss picks up right where book 1 leaves off Shae Lockwood has been grieving and the poor woman has just had so many challenges thrown at her since her husbands death. This novella has so many moving parts in it and it is so full of action and suspense it will keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time. The connection between Shae and Jasper is magnetic, the two of them are so great together the chemistry is practically explosive and leaps off the page.
There are so many hot and steamy bits in this book that you will be literally fanning yourself and re-reading sections several times over saying YES PLEASE!! M.S. Parker this entire series is just brilliant I cannot wait to see where it goes, I will say though that cliff hanger that you left us with I'm really interested to see what your planning to do with that one! If you haven't downloaded this book or added it to your TBR list yet don't wait this book is amazing!

If I thought the cliffy in book 1 was crazy this one definitely tops that !!
So we start where we left off , Shae is now in too deep with Jasper yet she finds out Jasper may have known some very important info all along. Who the heck can she trust ?? Why is her brother so against Jasper ?? What is up with his secretary ?? Can Allen's lawyer help Shae with any of these new issues that come up in this part ?? I feel for Shae. She has so many hurdles and at times she wants to just give up. I don't blame her. This perfect life was blown to pieces in the blink of an eye and now she has no clue if she is coming or going. Did Allen plan his death ?? Did Jasper help ?? Insurance policies and strange letters keep everyone on their toes for sure. Jasper and Shae may have bad timing but there is no doubt they heat up the sheets or really anywhere they decide to let loose !! Things move rather quickly and then again in the blink of an eye it is all blown to pieces and as I said this cliffy is even crazier !! Thank goodness I got my hands on book 3 !!

Holy Cow! I fall more in love with this series as it goes I swear! This book is filled with so many twists and turns, you never really know who to believe or what Shae will have to deal with next. Just when she thinks she has everything handled BAM here comes more obstacles she will have to deal with. She is finally healing and is happy with Jasper. She is falling for him and they are living together. The sex is off the charts hot with Jasper and she finally hands him her trust but was it too soon? Can she really trust Jasper and all his explanations? Someone is accusing Allen of being a horrible person but who could it be? Will her in-laws help her or will they find this as more leverage to hold against Shae? Who is blackmailing Shae? And the ending? All I can say is what a cliffhanger. I cannot wait to read the next one!!!
If you haven't started this series yet, then what are you waiting for? This book has it ALL. You are seriously missing out if you don't.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this series!!!! M.S. Parker is brilliant!! Another one of her’s that’s raised the bar!!!
Shae is 26 years old. She has had to deal with a ton of crap over her 26 years!!! She’s lost her parents, dealt with her husbands family hating her, and now she’s dealing with the loss of her husband.
So much happens and the twist are turns are constant and makes it very hard to put this book down!!!
Her husband is gone and months have gone by. She’s lonely and the one person that has been her rock is Jasper. Jasper is her husbands BFF and has taken on taking care of her. She doesn’t mind because she’s barely holding it together.
There is so much that happens but I can’t spoil it. Lets just say that between the family that hates her and her dependance on Jasper, plus the cops (yes the cops - heehee - can’t give anything away) Shae has her hands full.
What will become of Shae & Jasper? Can a relationship work between them? What happens if she finds out she can’t trust him?
M.S. Parker….again…..just brilliant!!!

This series is getting better with each book, not that MS Parker could write anything but perfection, but I have to say this series is one of the best that she has written and crosses into a line of writing that is outside of her normal style and genre.
This series has it all, love, lust and a little bit of mystery and suspense and will have you on the edge of your seat waiting for what else can go wrong in Shae's life. Just when Shae thought she was moving past the death of her husband her life is turned upside down again and who does she turn to, her husbands best friend, Jasper and someone she finds herself developing feelings for. Poor Shae when she finds out that Jasper is hiding more secrets it turns Shae's life upside down again. Will Shae ever get to be happy? And we cannot forget about the jaw dropping ending, and I do mean jaw dropping that you will scream out in horror.

I was pulled right into this story. This is a 3 part story so be prepared to get all 3 parts. The story has laughs, suspense, secrets, naughty fun, and heartbreak. This author knows how to suck you in and keep you coming back for more.

I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

If you are reading this series, you are one of the lucky readers to have discovered this suspenseful, erotic romance!
I am so hooked to this story! Shae continues to recover from losing Allen and finding all the secrets that were kept from her. She drives me crazy at times when she lets her emotions rule her and she goes and does things that you can see will come back to "bite her". Her saving grace is that she is so emotional after watching Allen plunge to his death. After all, it has only been four months. It feels like a lifetime because of all the turmoil around her, but her emotions are still very raw.
The plot twists in this installment will have you on the edge of your seats. I was biting my nails! Confession time... I stayed up all night last night reading this book to its completion. I just could not put it down. When I finished the Sun was coming up, but I do not regret spending the time and losing the sleep. This series blows my mind!

EEeeek such an amazingly written novel.This author is absolutely amazing I couldnt put it down I read it in maybe 2 days thats how addicting it is.
This installment of the wicked series is the best so far.Full of mystery,intrigue and drama.A must read for anybody that loves a good mystery or thriller.
In this novel Aime Allen's ex comes into play. Bringing drama, blackmail, and doubt. After meeeting her you bein to doubt everything about Allen and whether he lied or told Shae the truth. She doubt everything her late husband told her after meeting Aime.

She loses faith in Jasper and what happens in the end is extremely unexpected. I read it and went OMG!! nooooo.

This is book two in a series and A Wicked Lie MUST be read prior to A Wicked Kiss in order to know what's going on.
OMG...Once again MS Parker brings it! I do believe she can be considered the queen of the serials. Her excellent creative and twisted mind spins a super tale of hot sexy, questionable charactes, dishonesty and shock.
With Allen gone, Jasper lying and Mitchell working what whill Shae do when another blast from Allen's past launches into her lap? Allen's ex-girlfriend shows up with an almost 9 year old daughter, and hey...Allen and Shae were only together the last 8 years.
With one twist after another MS Parker keeps you on your toes. You don't know what's coming next and you're not sure who you can believe. What a cliffy of an ending... and NOPE, I'm not gonna believe either scenario! I can't possibly. I adore Jasper and yeah, we already know the cops are full of shit!

I thought Parker did amazing with Wicked Lies she blew me out of the water with Wicked Kiss. Again I had the chance to review her amazing writing ability. I’m telling you if you haven’t read any of her book I would start with the Wicked series you will not be disappointed.
Shea is facing all the lies that she never expects she would ever be exposed too. There were three men she always knew she could count on and now two of them have caused her to second guess herself. The one that has been by her side through the death of her husband is his best friend Jasper. Jasper has become her rock, showing her nothing but what she need at any given time. This is until she finds that he is hiding more than just one lie from her. Can see look pass his mistakes and move on with life or will she give up on everything?
It just keeps getting wicker. Will Shea ever find happiness and trust again. I’m getting goosebumps just thinking what the next book will bring.

This is the 2nd part in a 3 part series and they do need to be read in order. My heart truly goes out to Shae, just when she thinks her life is getting back on track and BAM!
This is a real emotional roller-coaster of a ride twisted with suspense, love, lies, passion and chemistry throughout. There are so many unexpected twists - this is a true 'who is it' read. I felt this 2nd part is by far better than the first part which I initially found was missing that special chemistry, this one really stepped up to the mark in true MS Parker fashion.
Be warned there are some serious whopping great cliffhangers in this series, I am now left wanting so much more right now, I have a feeling A Wicked Truth is going to be amazing.

She has to do what is right for her. Jasper on the other hand, I'm not sure what to think about him. I think he truly cares about her but he's got so many secrets but boy can he keep them!
