Udaje mu się odbudować relacje z matką, przez chwilę istniała szansa, że z ojcem również coś się polepszy, ale ten dwulicowy typ nie zawodzi i mąci do samego końca. No i pozostaje jeszcze otwarta sprawa kary Pearce'a za poślubienie Rachel, czy i kiedy ona nastąpi... A jak już nadejdzie to pozostawi za sobą zgliszcza. Czyta się naprawdę przyjemnie, a ostatnie rozdziały po prostu zwalają z nóg! Dobrze, że zorientowałam się, że to nie jest trylogia, bo istnieje jeszcze jakaś szansa na posprzątanie tego całego bałaganu. Emocji w tej części naprawdę nie brakuje a końcówka przyprawiła mnie o palpitacje serca i rozwaliła na kawałki. Polecam, naprawdę warto przemęczyć się przez nudnawą pierwszą część, bo każda kolejna jest coraz lepsza.

I'm so disappointed. I loved this series it was different and I loved Pearce. While twists are exciting and great I just think it was taken too far. He turned into such an unlikable character I don't see how he can possibly be redeemed in the next book. It's such a disappointment and I almost stopped reading when I got to the end. I will continue to read the next book because I want to see what the author does and how she tries to fix it, but I personally don't think I will be able to see Pearce the same way.

Rachel and Pearce are living their life together and also kind of living their happily ever after Pearce is still trying to protect Rachel from the organization. It is getting harder and harder and then the inevitable happens. I cannot say too much because I don’t want to spoil anything. There is a major surprise and I can’t say much more, but you should definitely read this entire series.

Emotional roller coaster!!

This is the 3rd book in this phenomenal series and what an emotional roller coaster journey this is. This is a well written story which is intriguing, and with intrigue, twists, family, friendships, suspense, danger, angst, manipulation, and love which all leads to a riveting and addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

The plot....The storyline....the characters ....AMAZING.

I'm not one to finish all books in a continuous story but I wanted more.

I read Kingston left book 4 .... moved on to Jade then back to finish book 4 and wanted a little more, so finished off with Lilly.

Oh my!!

I waited until I read all 4 before reviewing them all.

Well this one & no.4 were my favourite. I cried at one point. I won’t say why because I don’t want to spoil it but I really thought I was there and that I knew them throughout the whole book. Really wish this was a film series. Would be brilliant

I have been loving this series but I have been reading some reviews on this instalment and I am so scared to start reading it! I might just have to be a coward and come back to it at a later date... I'm weak damn it!

Loved it!!!

After I finished the Jade Series I was upset because I haven't been able to get into a book series like I did with Jade Series in a long time. Then, I heard about The Kensingtons Series and got excited again. However, since we already "knew" Rachel's fate, I was reluctant to finish reading this third book since I knew what was coming. I was SO surprised and happy with this ending, and ended up crying tears of joy AND of sadness when I finished the book this morning. It gave me a happy ending that I always like to have in books, but at the same time it was also the saddest ending. I am crossing my fingers that Allie Everhart reunites Pearce and Garret with Rachel...and I can't wait to figure out who helps reunite them! It's never too late for Rachel to come back, even though the Jade Series ends when Garret is in his late 20s.
I highly recommend this book and the Jade Series, they both tell such beautiful stories. Absolutely love the series, and I'll be checking every day for a release date on the Kensingtons Book 4!!

A very good book. It focus on part that we don't see in many books. We saw the struggles of a couple after the happy ending. I have to say that I loved Rachel, I think that she is very strong, I enjoyed how she dealt with Pearce and I felt her pain more than anything, it put in perspective something that no woman wants for herself, and it shows how hard it is to raise a child with the aide of their fathers, sometimes they are just not around and they don't even realize it, and how she made him commit more, I loved how after that Pearce put them first.

PS:. Pearce's father just reached another level

Already crying inside because I know this love story does not have a happily ever after... unless maybe Rachael didn't die at all and has actually been living in this isolated island all this while and will come back and re-unite with Pearce and Garrett and meet Jade and then we can kick stupid Katherine out but we will keep Lily of course :) Sorry for the rant ::)

AMAZING! I can not give this book or this series enough stars. I love Pearce and Rachel's story. If you are hesitant about reading this book because you read Jade and Garret's series and know what happened to Rachel, forget that! Don't be hesitant and just take a chance and read this series! You will NOT regret it! There are things you don't know and many twists and turns! I love this series and love this author! I think I have found my new favorite author :) Please go read this series now!

First thoughts after reading this book was "OMG how could you?"

I've just spent the past several minutes crying my eyes out. OMG!

To not give anything away I will say it truly was beautifully written and deserves way more than the 5 allotted stars. OMG!!! Seriously???

Okay well I'm now off to get the Jade series because this has been too disturbing for me not to want to continue to see where it leads. Further down the rabbit hole we go.

I freaking loved this book! I read the Jade Series and LOVED that series! I was so happy when I found out that Allie Everhart was writing The Kensington series! Protecting Her was amazing! I feel like you can really understand Pierce in this series and how he is the way he is. I do not want to spoil the ending but OMG! Just read it. Trust me.
