Things have moved quickly for Ash and has found himself with his own house and a lot of new friends. Trying to balance his time in the labyrinth, Emelia, and the others in his life has become harder. Every step he takes forward in his new life he finds more challenges that simple strength alone won't solve.

After returning home he worked as a pipeline surveyor traveling all across the U.S. in 2009 he took a job as a correctional officer for the state of Oklahoma where he worked at both a medium and minimal security level prison. In 2012 his heath declined and was unable to continue working. With time on his hands and out of books to read he decided to pursue his dream of being a writer.
It's more fighting and training. This guy was given another chance at life, I don't think he is being smart about his choices. But well he is hard working and I am lazy, I can't judge him, can I?
I really like some aspects of this story. The adventure, the labyrinth exploration, the game mechanics, the interesting universe, the steady growth in skills....Some others such as the MC's naivete and the increasingly boring anime-like push and pull game with his females companions I could do without. I actualy fell asleep in the middle of one such episode. I have resigned myself to take the good with the bad, and at least he finaly got hitched so I hope we'll see less of that in the future. 3.5 stars this time, but still a good read in one of my favourites genre
I'm liking the improvements in the MCs skills and abilities along with his adventures in the labyrinth. The overdone naive young man act is getting old along with his two fox girls slaves and Duchess fighting over him all the time. Give it up, all of their pouting and big eyes is being talked about way too much. Plus, it still needs an editor. Good story though.
I love how the next book always comes out every two weeks and how unpredictable the future is this series always holds my interest and gives me something g to look forward to (especially with summer ending) DW jackson I have read all your books and I have liked every single one thank you I highly recommend this author to anyone looking for action and a story that actually had some thought put into it.
Still a good clean fun LITRPG series that I am having fun reading. And the editing is a lot better. Wish the main character would level a little faster, but still a good read.
