Knowing Growing Eating Edible Wild Native Plants

Rate this book
In recent years Australian wild food plants have being gaining much interest amongst plant growers and cooks.
This book focuses on Southern Australian culinary flora. It is a practical, well contrived illustrated guide for those keen to experience the taste sensation of native Australian cuisine. This volume will also well serve those of us who wish to cultivate/use and further develop this emerging industry.

This is a great book for getting to know edible native plants and how to receive them. The plants included grow in all sorts of environments from dessert to seaside to forest, so you won't necessarily have access to all the plants mentioned, wherever you live. But it provides a good all round spread of native edible plants, how they grow and how you can interact with them.
