Excelente libro, ya que por medio de una novela buscan incentivar como la estrategia de una organización puede unir todas las áreas que existen en una organización. Ademas del impacto que tiene el cambio de la cultura organizacional que se puede evidenciar en un corto, mediano y largo plazo.
Para finalizar, es una forma muy creativa de abordar un tema tan denso pero que por medio de una novela se hace fácil de entender y comprender, es más me atrevo a decir que de implementar en una organización.

Hace ya tiempo lo acabe pero había olvidado oficializarlo. Es un libro entretenido que te da otras perspectivas de como solucionar inconvenientes y como alinear a tus empleados con la visión de la empresa. Muy entretenido!!

Excelente libro donde se muestra como alinear toda la estrategia de la organización a la visión de la misma.
